One of their staff members wrongly accused a customer of pushing her while the customer is just trying to enter the fitting room, and forced the customer to leave the store immediately. The other staff doesn’t allow customers to try Jeans over their own pants in the store when the fitting room is packed. 1 star not for the products but for the service, they should be better trained.

I want to specifically acknowledge a female associate who helped me a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday morning, May 14th at opening. She was so pleasant and friendly and was going back-and-forth getting me different sizes. She gave me her name but I apologize, I cannot recall (female, about 5 feet tall, Latina). She must’ve pulled 10-12 pairs of jeans for me while I was in the fitting room. It seems many retail shops are lacking customer service these days but not at Levi’s. I was very impressed! Not only did I receive great service, but the store was clean & organized, and I left with two pairs of great fitting jeans. Thank you!

In August 2024 I bought jeans in your store in San Ysidro. I used the jeans only 4-5 times and never washed them, but on the 5th time of use the jeans tore on the butt in two places. I came to the store to return them, but the sellers asked for a receipt, I didn’t have a receipt, but there was a confirmed transaction in the bank account, but they didn’t exchange it. I don’t need a refund from you anymore. The jeans are complete crap and I will never go to your store again

The employees were all nothing short of amazing. Each one super helpful, and polite. Store layout was good, had good flow, and the store was clean. Including the dressing rooms. Just overall great experience. I ended up purchasing two pairs of pants. Thanks.

I LOVE this store! They had tons of items on clearance! And I felt so lucky that my size was still available. I ended up buying 2 jeans and 2 jean shorts. Staff were friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well-stocked. Will definitely go back to this store when I am back in town!

I walked in not knowing why I wanted, however Mel was very professional. She gave me various sizes in the 510, 511, and 512. She even recommended various color options. She informed me of various promotion. The staff is very professional- I walked out with five pairs of jeans. I’m glad to see that earnest customer service still exists. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family!
