My family has brought our animals here for over a decade. All of the staff from the front desk to techs to vets clearly love animals and it shows in their care. Dr. Patrusky is so thorough and generous with her time to help me best care for my dog - she's an amazing doctor. Recently I spoke with Dr. Wilson about an upcoming procedure for my other dog, and she was very compassionate and helpful in addressing all of my concerns. Every vet tech here is exceptional.

Excessive fees and inconsistent vets. We have never seen the same doctor twice over ~ 10 visits. For a regularly scheduled monthly injection they charge $222 for the medication, $26 for a technician fee, and $6 for “hazardous waste disposal”. We have gone here for a year but will be finding a new vet.

Very friendly and helpful staff and vet. They were running about 30 minutes late, which meant my visit was two hours long including waiting and treatment for my dog. Also, the vet tech told me I could split my payment into two installments but the receptionist told me that was not an option, so that was confusing. Explained the at-home steps clearly and treated both me and my dog very well the whole time. Recommend!

My little dog had a number of health issues and Dr. DeSouza handled them all. The office is very organized re: covid-19 precautions, the visit went smoothly.

My dog, Snickers, an 11-yr. old Spaniel mix saw Dr. Beret for a physical, Bravecto and possible UTI. He was patient, kind, very knowledgable. Last year I took her to 5 vets to find one I liked, and I didn't find one. So, I'm grateful for him. It's pricey, but probably normal.

Not sure where to start other than to say I gave the center 2 chances since everyone can have an off day. Moved here from NorCal (Bay Area) so needed to establish care with a new vet. Definitely Will not return! The person who saw my pet both times (not the vet I made the appt with) tried to address and sell me on everything other than the reason I brought my 12 year old dog in. Both times they attempted to sell me hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of tests medics etc. not addressing the reason for the visit. Most recent visit was even worst than the first as she did not listen to one word I said. By far the worst vet experience of my life and so upsetting. Find a real vet who actually cares about your pet and not their bottom line. They are out there. Hopefully I can find one soon.

Doesn't matter if you make an appointment, you're still going to wait 20 min. Also, their records for my dog are all over the place. They tell me he's due for a vaccine and other tests then when I get there for my appointment they pull up his records and tell me he's fine and doesn't need them since they're still effective from his last shots, so not sure if they have 2 sets of records for my dog but nothing ties out, can't seem to trust them. Going back to my old vet even though it's farther away.

Took my 10 year old golden retriever in for routine shots and the vet tech and vet were very helpful and speedy! The lobby and rooms were clean and quiet and prices reasonable.

We adopted a older dog at humane society. A checkup was provided but they didn't evaluate her! Lifetime ACC were the absolute opposite. Our girl was thoroughly examined by a wonderful vet who gave us insight into her health. Our vet and the staff are amazing! Knowledgeable and very caring. This our permanent vet. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency yesterday and after calling around to a few different places, Sue worked me in & took great care of me as did the staff. Azanna and Dr Lopez were quick and directed us to the place we needed to go. It's really nice how vet hospitals work with each other to help pet parents. The office is super clean & very Central in the Clairemont Square by the Denny's

Recently switched vets to Lifetime Animal Care. I'm so happy I did!
The quality and care we receive here is top notch. I love their monthly membership. Definitely recommend this Vet!

Lifetime is great. Always available for appointments, and the staff cares alot. Nana is always amazing and knows my doggo. I know we're in good hands when she's around.
