I've been renting from Long Term Car Rental for several months. The customer service is unmatched. Diane, literally drove to me to help with dead battery, after she was already off. This wasn't due to any urgency from me, it's simply because she's just that wonderful. The best!!!

Super friendly staff and more than accommodating! I really enjoy the service and hope other renters can follow suit when it comes to being respectful and trustworthy. Haven't had any issues at all with this service and I've been using their vehicles since February!
