My fiance and I went into macys after an awful expirence else where look for his wedding suit.
This is a very big deal and Michael immmediatly helped us and expanded our knowledge so much. He is very personable and knows Exactally what he is talking about. We trusted him and thanked him as he helped us find my finances wedding suit. We are so excited and couldn’t thank him enough!!

We visited today and one person named Kai (?) helped us look for clothing and check out. We asked for help for a size from another sales woman and she said to go to a register. Another sales clerk told us, I'm on my break. Many registers wee closed and they had to open a fitting room because there was such a long wait. There were kids with food and drinks running around the formal gown section. Going to Macy's used to be quality experience. Now it's hangers that break and sparse friendly service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I opened the credit card because they promised me a 25% discount on my purchase, when it was time to pay they didn't tell you that they would only discount 100 dollars, in that case I wouldn't have opened the credit card or made that purchase It's too bad that they don't give complete information to customers.

It is my favorite store, here you find everything, clothing, shoes, perfumes, makeup, etc. I was in the MAC #10 cosmetics department, I was attended to by young Jorge Flores, he was very kind to show me around and help me choose my makeup. With his help I was able to choose what I needed. Furthermore, for me he was someone who should be recognized in his work because speaking Spanish makes it easier, not everyone speaks Spanish, thank you Jorge for your help.
