This Magnolia store is inside the Best Buy store. Pros: I like that they have high end electronics, amps, tv, audio, speakers, etc.Cons: Poor customer service. Missing price tags. Confusing price tags. Their large screen TVs eg 77" LG OLED or Sony OLED placement all on one wall is approximately 8 feet from their transaction counter; I can't step back away from tv far enough to get a feel of the tv. Ridiculous expensive AV and HDMI cables compare to Amazon.

Ordered and had installed home theater system. Problem developed 1 yr later due to my problem with internet causing universal remote to not work properly. Tried to call The installing store and unable to speak with anyone using their auto response number including press 3 for service, press 4 for store manager, etc and it just keeps repeating the message.Also unavailable on line. Finally went to local Best Buy and after 1/2 hour geek squad said they would get someone out but service order says for installation of 56"TV even though it's only the remote. Am happy to pay for it and they gave me an 8 hr. Window noon till 8PM! )(whole day) Will update review after the service call.

I was told free shipping and install Upon purchase, which was false I had to pay a sister install company $200 for my deliver that was 4 days late on top of my 7 day initial wait. On top of this I am now being charged late fees on payment and interest fees on the credit that was pushed on me during a promotion that promised no interest for 24 months, I've paid 2/3rd of the products cost already so I find this unacceptable and outrageous! I'm feel like I'm being punished for being a Costomer, I refuse to shop here again if this is not adhered to.

We used Magnolia for installation of our sound system several years ago and had them add to the system and install an 85 inch TV. The installation was a very complicated and difficult process and Eric and Josh were amazing. They installed perfectly! James McCown ,our sales rep, and Christopher James , project manager, have both provided excellent service. I cannot say enough about this Magnolia Team.

Good service in the store, but after payment service is horrible. They are way understaffed and will not provide service over the ohine, had to keep driving into store. They delivered a broken TV, trying to get replacement has been very troubling. Can't get any customer service. I would not use them.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience. We attended the store on September 5th, 2020 and had a home visit on September 7th. We were told that a quote would be provided in about 2-3 days. As of today (Oct 9th) we haven't received a quote. Alex and I went back and forth via text a number of times. I had to constantly reach out to him for an update and he said he would send it and perhaps it was the way the server filtered the emails. I asked him most recently to try again and to follow up with a text to say he sent it. I have not heard from him since. We reached out to Absolute AV design (Daniel Craig) and it has been an amazing experience. I recommend trying Absolute AV design

I usually wouldn't think about writing a review of a big box retailer. However, the customer service I received at the Magnolia Design Center inside Best Buy deserves recognition. Alex C. and his team are very knowledgeable and assist you in making the best informed decision when purchasing a new device. I was in market for a new TV and had my sights set on a Samsung 8K... Alex C. stayed over with me after the store had closed to assist me. Unfortunately, I had to come back the next day to complete my purchase. This is when I met Steve O. I still had questions and asked for his input... All I could say is I was converted from a long-time Samsung person to buying the Sony 77" A9G Master Series. The color and clarity blew the Samsung 8K out of the water... Fast-forward a couple of days... I noticed some deep scratches on the scene and called Alex... He took care of me and ensured my complete satisfaction. He arranged for TV swap and mounting in-home. Everything went flawlessly and I am still in awe of how AWESOME this TV is... The level of customer service and experience was unexpected but greatly appreciated. I definitely will be doing business with them again.

We had Carl help us with the purchase of a TV, speakers and receiver. He was extremely patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. After install we had some questions and he actually helped us out on a Friday night and got us all fixed up so that the kids didn't miss movie night! So glad we chose them for our purchase!!!

Very unique one of a kind store, with a large section of premium audio and video products and expert service. Very well staffed with no appointment needed, free in home consultations where they will come to your home and design, build, and give you an estimate for all your wants and needs right in the comfort of your home. Buying experience is so simple, no interest financing with a Best Buy credit card is a plus, they also take all major credit cards as well. The have a project manager right on site who oversees your entire project and install to make sure it goes smooth and seem less. They can do anything here, from a custom theater in your home, a simple TV in your living room, outdoor audio, surround sound, sound bars and the best for last, high end awesome 2 channel systems. I highly recommend going in to the store with your favorite CD and listening on some cool high end speakers! You'll never experience music until you do. They can also do control and home automation, security and custom shades for your entire home! When shopping here you get a single point of contact, with a direct cell to contact your designer! No waiting on hold, or crazy transfers or wrong extension! They have a wonderful warranty they offer as well as MagCare where they can remotely monitor your system to ensure proper functionality. Troubleshoot before it becomes an issue, got to love that! Give this place a shot for any of your audio/video wants you won't regret it!

Was shopping around best buy and ended up coming to magnolia by accident....and leaving with a TV. Haha. I got a killer deal on a brand new TV after being assisted by Chris the store manager. He did an awesome demo of their sound systems for both movies and music,needless to say I'm really happy about my purchase and the 36 months no interest offered when using my best buy card !

Interestingly enough this team is willing to take on even the toughest jobs when being considered for custom installs. This is a perfect example of getting what you paid for and if your tying to save money this may not be the way to go. Professional from beginning to end and an unmatched support team to ensure satisfaction.
