I had a very great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I called about a problem i was facing with an online order. Matthew & Alyssa handled everything for me. They were amazing!

I bought a bag on the Marc Jacob website and when I received the product it had a small scratch on it, so I took back to get it exchanged. The employee, TCARTER as stated on the receipt, was extremely rude demanding I show where the scratch is and for the receipt. He had an absolutely disgusting attitude and should not be working a customer service job. After proving the purchased bag was a legit product, he grabbed the new bag and just placed it in a paper bag. No paper tissue, basically handled the product as if it was some cheap product you buy at Walmart. As he was "packing" the bag, I watched as his co-worker next to him was carefully wrapping another customers purchase, placing tissue to protect the product. I am not sure how they train their employees to handle customers but this guy needs to reprimanded or fired because his actions were completely unacceptable.

I went into the store and bought my first Marc Jacobs piece. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable about all the new bags. The store was clean and smelled amazing! Had a great experience and will be coming here for all my Marc Jacobs purchases!

Macal was so helpful and patient with me. He gave me the best suggestions so that I made the right choice and I left happy as ever with my new bag and plan on returning for a second one!

I'm very excited they finally opened one here! This is located on the Nordstrom side of the Fashion Valley mall. It's definitely the smallest Marc Jacobs I've been in, but it's still nice. The Tote Bag collection was displayed all over the store in the latest styles. They had bags, clothes, shoes, and some accessories. The staff were nice and friendly which was a relief because sometimes couture staff can make me feel ignored or almost invisible. I ended up not purchasing anything, but I'll definitely be back!

Can't believe Marc Jacob has been open in Fashion Valley mall for two months now. Matthew and Eddie gave us such an amazing service today, will definitely come back for some cute tote and sneakers again!
