A small, unpretentious, walk-up kabob place with a few tables inside for eating. It looks like most of their business is takeout. The strip steak platter was delicious. They cook their meat over an actual charcoal pit and it adds a wonderful flavor. The portion sizes were in line with the price (and the location). My only objection was serving eat-in orders on paper plates with plastic utensils. Those are for takeout.

The people here are all very nice. My family loves their chicken/beef kabob plates and we’ve been regulars for a long time now. They’re one of the better mediterranean eateries in San Diego in my opinion.

I just found this place and it’s really great. The food is fabulous. I had a Greek salad with salmon and it it was delicious, the lettuce was fresh and there were plenty of other veggies in there as well. I highly recommend you give this place a try, the people are accommodating and very friendly.

This was my first time eating here as a vegan and it is very close to my job so thought I’d try. I asked the lady assisting me what the vegan options were and decided on a crunch bowl with veggie as their falafel unfortunately is not vegan. It reminds me of el pollo locos taco salad it comes in a hard shell and has herb rice, lettuce, hummus, cucumber salad, and the vegetable skewer. For this and a drink it was $20 which imo is a little pricy. The food is just ok and I don’t think it is worth the price. I also don’t like how on the vegetable skewer it has what seems like Roma tomatos. It is a decent portion but the seasoning on the rice is a bit much. I only enjoyed the cucumber salad mainly. Service was good, I liked how the cashier was honest on her recommendations but there is no seating inside besides one table, Im assuming we are supposed to sit outside. Id rather go to LunaGrill a mile away, costs less and falafel is vegan and therefore more filling.Dietary restrictions: Vegan Options

I used Marketplace Grille to cater a funeral service. I appreciated the prompt service to pull together and deliver my order in a very short period of time. The food is also tasty and many guests asked where we catered from.

Not impressed with the food. Very very dry. Also ordering from their website was a nightmare. I ended up placing the order twice because I didn't think it went through. They never sent me an email confirmation that it was placed. So I was double charged and now I have a bunch of leftovers of this dry food I don't like. Baklava was also just okay.

Not sure what people are talking about. The chicken wrap was horribly flavored meaning that the only flavor was a weird sour tang and no other flavor at all. The chicken wrap i got was inedible and i had to throw the other half away. Very strange that some reviews think the chicken wrap is "to die for". I think it was very poorly made and have no balance of flavors at all. the chicken was dry and extraordinarily bland . I was shocked by this wrap.

Honestly, this place was great. Amazing steak and roasted tomato. The rice was okay, but kind of raw. The chicken tasted great, but it was a bit dry. However, I loved their pink lemonade and will definely come here again! I also ordered the wrap which was great, but needed a little better assembly.

Ordered chicken lunch special for $16+, it came out to be $18+ with tax. I got a plate filled with rice with one strip of chicken and two slices of baked tomatoe. Basically filled my stomach with rice. Not acceptable for the price.

I used to come here quite a bit a few years ago since it was close to my job. A lot of my co-workers raved about this place. Since I left that company a couple of years ago. I was in the shopping center running errands and got hungry. So I thought why not... I walk in to look at the menu and notice it's really expensive. I said whatever I'm hungry, so I ordered the steak kabob. I wanted corn on the cob as my side they were out of corn, then I asked for a lemonade no lemonade. $18 later I come home to eat... Well, it's shredded lettuce some type of pickles, and cucumber. No sauce no flavor in a wheat tortilla not even heated. I think I will find a new kabob wrap place.
