Don’t force me to open up a credit card IF I DONT WANT TO. The lady kept going on about it to me and then when she rung up my friend, she was like “see you could’ve gotten these gift certificates, if you opened up a card.” No need to remind me of something that i don’t want to sign up for. My two credit cards that give me plenty of points and I can use it anywhere is better. Stop forcing the employees to really push it on us to get the credit card. I used to work in retail and that’s why I don’t work in it anymore.

We are on Vacation and decided to pop in and ughh what a nasty store. Dirty and restrooms are nasty af. I do not recommend!!!

Large selection of pretty much everything. The store was very organized. The employees were kind and quick with getting people checked out. Prices are decent.

I spent over an hour in here shopping and trying things on. I went into the fitting room, leaving my cart and items for purchase outside. There is no designated cart area and the fitting rooms were surrounded by about 10 carts. When I came out of the fitting room my cart with the items I had selected to purchase and all the other 10 carts were gone. I asked the attendant who seemed like she couldn't understand English for help. She just said she didn't know, no offer to help by asking someone else.. I flagged down two other employees who were just as clueless. Ridiculous experience. Hire employees who have half a brain and who are actually helpful.

Worst customer service... Monday pm.... 5 leads at front none of them can open a register. just 2 cashier's and one of them just making cheerful announcements at the speakers instead of open a register

Good store, nice employees. Be sure to figure at least 20 minutes waiting on the checkout line. Not sure if this store's inability to find employees or management decision to understaff.

I always find great deals at Marshalls. But this time was way better with lots of new merchandise. Couldn't find pants that I was looking for but got few shirts...
