I was always skeptical about going into toss because the lines always look so long, one day I decided to go inside Ross and the Line goes down pretty quick and awesome customer service , my new Favorite store !

The establishment doesn't give you peace of mind when shopping. There is always an employee behind you asking if the cart is yours. I was at the store yesterday around 6 pm, I put some things in my shopping cart and I turned to look at a product in another session and the cart was removed. I left the store so angry about this situation that I was disgusted by the store. This employee of six will be sent away for disrespecting the customer. Absurd!!! I left unsatisfied and was treated poorly when I spoke to another employee. In other words, terrible team!!!
