We had such a good experience all around. I believe it was Gabe who helped us pick out the mattress in store and he went above and beyond with his customer service. We were given excellent recommendations and plenty of time to try all the mattresses. The delivery was smooth and easy and the delivery team was so nice and efficient. Great communication and they were on time. To the mattresses: they’re fantastic. You can tell from just sitting on it that it’s built well. We’ve had very good sleep since getting it a few days ago and I’m sure it’ll be even better once we break it in more. 10/10 recommend

Very easy to deal with, laid back and low pressure. Jeromes reviews were terrible, and Mattress Makers reviews were great, and our experience backs that up. Delivery crew were great, and went above and beyond to make our existing bed frame work. We've only had the mattress a few days, but we will come back and let you know how it is doing once we've broken it in. Delivery took about four weeks, but they made the mattress custom for us, with one half having firm foam and the other having medium foam, at no extra charge. We also added box springs to the order about two weeks after purchase, and they waited until they came in to deliver everything, as we requested. We're really happy with the whole experience!

Had an opportunity to try many mattresses and controllable frame and chose one we thought best for us. The delivery/setup crew was outstanding. They were quick and gave us thorough instructions, and cleaned up after themselves.

What a fantastic experience! From getting to try out different mattresses until we were able to find exactly what we wanted to the absolutely excellent home service of having our mattress delivered. It was all first rate! We can’t say enough about Mattress Makers and we can’t recommend them highly enough!!!

Amazing business! My bed has been the best bed I have ever owned. Don’t waste your money on a cheap quality and priced bed elsewhere. They have quality beds that last a long time and have a great warranty!

We had an amazing experience buying a bed with Mattress Makers. Gabe made selecting a mattress very easy. The ability to have a bed fitting was great. Knowing what firmness of mattress is right for you saved a lot of time. There was also no upselling. Mattress Makers just wanted us to find the right bed for us. Finally, it was a wonderful to support and buy a mattress made by a local company.

This place is the place to go when mattress shopping! We had gone to all the other major competitors and felt pressured when shopping. Luckily we found this place on their YouTube mattress tear down vids. From the initial greeting to the delivery and follow up, the shopping experience was awesome! We ended up buying a king Del Mar and had it shipped to Orange County. The delivery team was great. I loved the mattress from the beginning (as I am a back sleeper ) but my wife was having a few pressure points (that was our fault we decided to go with a bit firmer mattress but they had recommended a bit softer one since she is a side sleeper). We reached out to them and they were really responsive and switched out the latex layer for a brand new one (which she now loves ). Overall this is by far the best place to go for a mattress, pillows or anything related. A big thank you to Gabe for all his help! Looking forward to finding out kids bunk beds so we can go back and get them new mattresses from you guys (it’s worth the drive ).

This family owned and operated business is 5 STARS ! Gabriel was extremely helpful and patient with our requests. They take pride in their work and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a eco friendly mattress. We have purchased multiple mattresses and have been satisfied every time with the knowledge and customer support.

This company has the highest integrity of any company I've ever worked with! They make a great product and stand by their product 100%! We bought several mattresses from them back in early-2017 and they took great care of us then and continue to do so now. I highly recommend their mattresses!

I paid top dollar to buy a mattress at a big box store two years ago and it was such poor quality that it needed replacing already. I was at a loss for where to go to get a replacement mattress. I didn’t feel I could trust the big box mattress stores quality after my last purchase and most brand stores (tempur-pedic, purple, Casper, etc) were SO expensive. I spent some time seeking the advice of internet strangers and was told I should try to find a local mattress manufacturer, as they have better quality mattresses at competitive prices. I didn’t realize local mattress manufacturers existed, but after some searching I found Mattress Makers. Visited their showroom and was helped by Daniel. He was very informative and not pushy. I bought the Kensington mattress and am extremely happy with the purchase. I felt like I got a comfortable quality mattress at a great price (definitely cheaper than the big box stores). Would 100% recommend mattress makers over any big box mattress store.

I can't say enough good things about Mattress Makers in San Diego. The salesman Daniel and one of the owners Gabe took excellent care of us. They have a excellent selection of mattresses which they produce themselves, including 100% latex, foam, and hybrids. They even make their own pillows. The prices are reasonable compared to the big mattress stores and they were willing to work within our budget. We had some minor snags during delivery, but Gabe took care of everything quickly and efficiently. The customer service and care shown was beyond expectations. The Coronado Soft 100% latex mattress we received is wonderful and a huge improvement over the innerspring pillow-top we replaced it with. No more backaches. Hopefully I won't need a new mattress any time soon, but if I do I would definitely go back to Mattress Makers as well as refer my family and friends without hesitation. Support this small family-owned business, you won't regret it.
