Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I have had nothing but great experiences with McDade! Been living at one of their properties for almost a year and every time I've had an issue it is fixed immediately or in a timely manner. They always email me back when I try to communicate with them. Very friendly too.

I have been renting with Colleen for the past 2 years. Highly professional, fast response to repairs or issues. The unit was clean when I moved in, with SS appliances, and the common area is well maintained at all times.
