This McDonald's has undergone a nice renovation. We ordered pickup through the app to dine in, and although our food was fresh, we encountered some issues. We had to ask for our drinks, and one of the burgers was missing. Additionally, one of the burgers was so raw that it was inedible. When we approached the counter to request a replacement, the manager ignored us. However, the staff member at the counter was very friendly and accommodating once we received assistance. It seems that better management is needed at this location.

20 minutes waiting on a mobile order

Delivery drivers stay far away from here! I get in line for 20 minutes and you can’t get out of the parking lot once you turn in! Give my order number at the box and the lady tells me to pull forward to the 2nd window. I pull up in the mobile order line and a guy at the window tells me I have to get back in line. So I back up and slot into the line, 2 cars behind where I was. When I get to the window these clowns start telling me I cut the line and have to go all the way back to the box. I DIDN’T CUT THE LINE! They are being lazy. My customer’s food is made, they had the order number through the box, but refused to give it to me while I’m sitting at the window because of a magic store policy that just appeared out of thin air. Laziness, lies and a waste of everyone’s time and resources. Making your boss lose business because of your incompetence.

Parked and walked toward the door, passing an employee who didn't say anything. Got to the door that didn't have a sign only to find that the place was gutted and under construction. So we drove back out and had to drive around the block to get to the drive thru. Got our food and parked and ate in the parking lot. Afterward, we had to walk around the entire place to find a trash can. I appreciate renovations, but just be more considerate in informing your customers.
