Upon utilizing the McDonald's mobile application to place an order, an unexpected malfunction occurred, resulting in the erroneous transmission of my order to this specific McDonald's location. Regrettably, the mobile application lacks provisions for order cancellation or refund initiation. Subsequently, upon contacting the establishment, I was informed that in the absence of a refund mechanism within the mobile application, the only recourse for reimbursement necessitates a visit to the Balboa Avenue location, which poses a considerable inconvenience due to its distance from my current location.This predicament raises pertinent concerns regarding McDonald's reliance on and promotion of its mobile application among its clientele without adequate preparations to address technical glitches and erroneous order transmissions. The disparity between the promotion of the mobile application and the absence of a streamlined process to rectify such errors detracts from the overall customer experience.It is imperative for McDonald's to reassess its policies and procedures to accommodate instances of technological malfunction and ensure a seamless resolution process for affected patrons. A notable improvement would be the implementation of a method within the mobile application to transfer orders from one location to another, thereby mitigating inconveniences encountered in situations similar to mine.As a loyal customer, I urge McDonald's to proactively address this deficiency and enhance the functionality of its mobile application to include such transfer capabilities. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

The food was okay and fresh. Service was excellent. Some creepy customer was watching me order and staring at me the entire time I was inside the restaurant.

They forgot the hash Browns in the deluxe Breakfast i ordered. My First time at this location. It was not busy at the time.Check your bag before you leave. $20 an hour..what a joke. I hope my hash browns tasted good.

I wasn't at all happy with today's visit. I usually go inside find a table and order table service. I haven't been happy with that as sometimes they put it on the counter or sometimes they bring it to the table and the cup is empty which negates the whole reason for Table Service, so I sat in my car,ordered counter service and picked it up on my way to the table. No one greeted me. There were several orders on the counter and I had to figure out which was mine. It was weird in that a couple said Valued Customer, one said Uber Customer and one was some scrambled Capital letter. I thought if I were REALLY, REALLY a valued customer the lable would read George, George Noble,George Noble JrGeorge E Noble Jr, or evenGeorge Elliott Noble Jr any thing but valued customer I still hate that name.....For today's visit my sloppily assembled Big Mac tasted ok, it was a bit dry as I've grown to expect. Since Noone greeted me, with a kind word or a smile, a kind word or any other way. I drew a smile on my Big Mac with Catsup, and reassembled it. My fries were OK at best. They must have threw them in the box by weight not volume, which was not full, or visually pleasing. They were warmish, nowhere near hot. The taste wasn't affected by any of this. Well it's getting late I think I've said enough. I will mention this in closing, I saw a uniformed employ cleaning the lobby. I've read other people's reviews about uniformed employees cleaning the restrooms. This doesn't bother me. If it bothers you avoid this McDonald's location.

I order a caramel macchiato, and it was all ice, Honestly I was expecting more coffee then ice No just ice with some coffee, Oh and make sure you go before 11 because at 11 they stop serving

I would do half a star TO ZERO if possible, this has been an issue for the last few weeks were I've had unsatisfactory experience with the workers and managers at this McDonald's. With rude workers AS I AM IN LINE think they are more important and cut in front of me as I am putting in my order as if they can't get into line like everyone else and wait. Having to literally yell at the workers like "Hey, hey can someone help me!?" More then a few times before someone notices me and helps & Waiting for them to fix my food because they messed up my burger or something on my order and then get new fries because my fries and cold and hear one of the workers say in Spanish what else is she waiting for? Like they're lucky I didn't tell them to redo my entire order because everything else is cold because I have to wait for one of the workers to see I needed help while they all stand around and talk to each other like people aren't waiting for their food. It's ridiculous how down hill this location has gone down and maybe they should retrain their workers on how to treat guest and certain situations vs talking shit thinking people can't understand them. I already made a complaint with corporate because this is sad how bad the customer service has gotten with the workers and management here! DO BETTER

I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere in my life! After an exhausting night. Hubby and I thought to have a nice Dine-In meal at McDonald’s instead of our usual spot at Jack In The Box as we were nearby. I relented for a while since it is well known that their customer service is abhorrent. But why not, Right? What can possibly go wrong? We had our shareable meal over 30$ around 9:30 PM + the waiting time. As I’m naturally socially awkward, it was hard to get the employees attention. Having worked in the service industry before, I understand that it can be difficult to pay attention to both FOH and BOH, but, the neglect was ABSURD! Anyway, We had such a nice time and not even 15 minutes into our meal we are told by an employee that “lobby closed.” She stood there with an attitude as if waiting for a rat to get out of their store. NEVER in my life have I EVER felt so UNWELCOMED! They didn’t even let us finish our meal nor offered us a To-Go package! I searched online for their closing times and they actually close at 11PM instead of 10PM as the lady mentioned. So either we are nuts or they are all lazy night shift! Hubby and I will stick to Jack from now on!!! At least the workers at Jack are chill enough to NOT kick us out in the middle of eating our meal.

By far, the smallest place the inside can holds.like 10 people at best they have outside seating, but it's right next to the drive thru only visit if you're on the go.

I ordered a sausage McGriddle with a round egg instead of the folded yellow egg and they just put only a round egg in it. Are you guys that incompetent and think that you guys deserve 20$ an hr get an order right.
