Went to ask a question about an upgrade and the employee asked what phone we had and then she said “oh the smallest one?” then told us how hard it would be for us to buy one when she didnt even know what we wanted and didnt know if we would buy it. Very bad customer service

Esme is AMAZING. My friend and I went in to get new phones and a phone plan and she helped us through the whole thing. She's friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and more. She answered all our questions, and talked to us like friends the whole time. We had to go back into AT&T a few more times to finish up the process and we purposely made the drive to this store even if and when it was out of our way, because we wanted Esme to help us! She really cared about helping us and she's just great

Went in May and opened 3 lines. While there, was told to place one Iphone SE on a separate account and then switch them back to one account before next billing cycle. Was also told that I would get a link in 60 -90 days for a $50 virtual gift card. So after an hour and a half, and over $500 dollars later I left the store. Now the quoted time has passed and no gift card. Called the store, and was told to call the rebate number. Just got off the phone with the rebate number and they said I am not entitled to the rebate because I merged the accounts before the time that was required for the rebate to be applied. I hate being manipulated and lied to. Avoid this store at all costs. Staff there are all liars. The woman and young man that assisted my wife and I ? ed to our faces. If this is not resolved before I am due to make my next payment, I am dropping Metro and filing complaints with BBB as well as consumer affairs and seeking damages through any and every legal avenue. I will do see research to see who the owner of this store is and take it from there.

I went to this business about 6 months ago to fix a broken screen on my iPhone 6s. They charged me approximately $85. About 2-3 months after that, my screen completely stopped working. No crack or damage. It just stopped working. The guy told me that they will take a look at it and I may be charged. I told him that they fixed it and the screen is not broken again, so if anything is wrong with it, it's an error on their part. They fixed my phone at no charge. Today my phone dropped out my pocket onto the floor. When this happened, the screen came off a little bit on the top right corner. The screen did not crack. This caused my phone not to work in the top right corner, so I couldn't press the number 2 and 3. I took my phone in and they told me the same thing. That I may be charged. I told the girl at the front counter that I shouldn't be charged because the screen is not broken. They keep on not doing the repair correctly causing the screen to keep on popping off. I came back to pick up my phone and they said they had to replace the screen and it would be $85. I explained why I shouldn't be charged and they didn't need to change the screen, just fix the screen that is already on there. The little girl at the front said to me "well you dropped it so you have to pay" I said ok. I paid and asked for the "broken screen" The "broken screen" had NO physical damage. I asked to speak to the technician. The technician did not come out. The guy that I dealt with before came out and told me that the screen is broken inside. THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE ON MY SCREEN. I took that screen to 2 other phone stores on university ave. They both plugged in my phone and confirmed that the screen is not broken and it is working fine. I verified this myself. I pressed several buttons and changed screens and confirmed myself that the screen was working just fine. They also told me that I was over charged. That this should've just been $55. So I was over charged and ripped off. I go back to the original store and explain all of this to the same guy. He asked me if my phone was working when I came into the store and if it is working now? I told him yes, u guys fixed it but all u had to do was attach on the original screen that was coming off. I verified at two other stores that the screen is not broken on the inside like u stated, and that u over charged me. At this point, the little girl that works there comes from the back eating an apple and asked "what's going on" like she knows anything about anything. She has already proven that her IQ in life is very low. I told the guy that he ripped me off and that wasn't right and that I will never do business with them again. I suggest that you never do business with these people. They overcharge and they lie to customers and then when I verified with other stores, he couldn't be a man and be truthful. This shows a lot about their character and dignity, and they hire very stupid people. One of the stores that I went to that helped me verify that the screen was not broken is CM WIRELESS at 4228 university ave San Diego, ca 92105 Call: (619)288-4639 and ask for LEONEL HE WILL HELP YOU AND HE WILL BE HONEST.

They screwed me on a rebate for a tablet, I never got their text for the rebate, I had a hard time getting through to someone and then have been hung up on multiple times including just now when I finally got through and they said they sent it and expired now! She sent a test one through just now and Walah it came through but no trace of the "original" now I'm calling them back because she hung up on me(the supervisor at the rebate center) and they wont answer! Its friday and I wont get through I'm sure! I have proof on my end that they never sent it and now even more proof so I will now be filing a small claims lawsuit! BEWARE METROPCS REBATES ARE SCAMS! I am crying right now and dont know what else to do!

Beware. This store charged my bank card for a phone and service I never received. I went to store to buy a phone and changed my mind after making the purchase. At no time did I ever touch a phone while in the store. The store rep got upset that I cancelled my purchase and refused to refund me. I walked out with only a promise that if I returned next day I would get refunded. The next day the store rep told me to come back again. To this day, I have not been refunded. No phone, no service, and still charged. I intend to file suit against the store. If you have had similar experience. please contact me. Do not give this store your bank card information.
