Refused to cancel my auto pay, I lost my phone and I went into the store and the associates refused to help me with my auto pay agreement. I had to call 611 and they also refused to talk to the metro pcs rep on the phone. I had to insist multiple times . While on the phone I received a personal call and the store associate made a snarky comment saying I should answer the call. I consider this harassment. Anyway the phone rep and store rep were on the phone and the store rep pretended like she did not have override access on the system “edge” but in fact she did. Long story short the store manager had to get involved and only then did she direct the store rep to grant override access in edge to the 611 phone rep. Can you believe that ? The store reps almost denied me access to a legal agreement between metro pcs and my bank and they harassed me in the process . Please do better and hire better people such as disappointment . I will be suing for harassment.
