Worst metro ever went last week asking for help to change my plan first the Girl with black hair was singing and cussing she's international then after she finished I asked the girl covered in tattoos to help me change my plan and she denied saying I should call customer service I went to another metro store and they helped no problem dont waste time at this store

I recently went to MetroPCS located at 1840 Coronado Avenue to get a new phone since my current phone's touch screen didn't work. I wanted something basic that had at least Maps for my job. The sales girl Lorena helped me and insisted that the phone I was receiving had Maps. We figured out it didn't even have a store app like Playstore or anything on there. I came to return the phone or at least pay the difference for a better phone. Lorena stated there were no returns allowed. I was very shocked of the poor customer service I received. I spend almost $100 for a phone I can't even use. After over 10 years with Metro Pcs will be changing my service.

All the times I've came to this location I've had great customer services. Pamela always makes sure I walk out happy. If it's a minor issues or a new purchase of phone she always sets me up. Will continue to recommend her and this location.

When in yesterday evening and receive great service from young lady Dolores. She was very attentive to my needs and met my expectations. She was very nice and walked me through the whole sell. Will definitely be recommending and will come back to her for any further inquires.

I activated service with Jacky back in January 2021.I received and amazing service gave me a great bundle with my purchase. Months later I came back and she was super patient with my issue her customer service is beyond she went out of her way to call cs for me and resolve my issues on the spot. I would highly recommend this location ...

This store is a HUGE rip off. They say bundle when in reality you are paying for the accessories and when you tell them you don't need them the sales representative Jacky pushes you to take them and tries to distract you with irrelevant conversations about her kids. I should be able to buy my device with or without the accessories unless it's metro's policies which I really doubt.

The owners of this Metro have a lawsuit against them for abusing their employees! They rip of their customers and verbally abuse the people working for them. Brian is a piece of s**** Please do not give your hard earned money to these people.

Went there yesterday to get 5 new lines and 5 new phones. After spending about an hour picking out phone and trying to cancel my Verizon account. the girl working there then informed me that I am required to buy $60 of her accessories ON EACH PHONE or she would not sell the phones to me. I obviously left immediately and went to a more honest and up front store. Don't waste your time with these crooks.
