So i came into this little hole in the wall store trying to figure out what to do about my two different cell phones from separate carriers (one being T-Mob of course. The worker could not help me with my strange request of changing phones, carriers and phone number but he did advise me what to do- and in a friendly way even though he knew it would not end with a sale. Good experience which wasn't expected in the area it's in. I guess that's just an assumption i made that was entirely incorrect. I guess that's why we shouldn't assume!

I was helped by Mary she was very professional and helpful.She was fast and explained the pros and cons to phones and made my deciding fast and easy.My visit was less than 10 minutes came out with new phone and happy. Highly recommended this store.
