Came in for a phone straight horrible customer service I got a cringy gut feeling when I got in there but went against my gut they charged me for a $200 dollar phone $480 they told me $400 out the door when receipt printed it said $480 I said something about it she lied an said no I said 480.mind you the receipt printed is not a legit receipt it just say the amount not what I purchased .I ask if I have same sixty dollar phone plan she said yes I went home an called the corporate company over metro cause I do not trust them she went behind my back an added the highest phone bill plan plus added wireless insurance to a iPad that is suppose to be free that I did not want or ask for do not waste your time here an it is very ghetto in there .make sure u check your bank account to make sure they don't add extra charges lateror money missing

Mustafa has very good customer service. He went above and beyond my expectations. He is very friendly and well spoken. I would recommend anybody that wants a phone from MetroPCS to ask for him.

Terrible customer service by āMikeā. He refuse to give his actual Name.Walked in to talk to him about it and seemed to know what was going on just by looking at us he gave a smirk, i told him that his bill was $10 higher and he said itās only $10 and i said well those $10 your no paying for it so we would like for you to change that beacause he never agreed to add any promotions. . They don't care about you at all they talk real rude and treats you like you don't know anything. One of the worst metro pcs I ever been to. 3 cell phone shops in the location and a couple friends also told me not to go there but I thought they might have been over exaggerating, but they were not kidding!

The new owners think we are dumb.
A free low end phone not advanced 4G costs 155$ out the door or less. These idiots try to charge me 300$ for a free phone? And plus they donāt offer receipt. They said they would email me when they didnāt even ask for my email. Second, I have friends who work at metro and they have told me these people are scams! Glad I decided to say no to the guy and he got mad cause he said he already set up the account when I didnāt ask him, they about to get SUED for misinformation and fraudā¦

I honestly would have given no stars if I could , I went there simply to pay my husband's phone line , there was no basic customer service ( greeting or how can I help asked ) apparently there were changes made to their policy which also changed the prices somehow . Let's just say that there were a few issues with this experience including her telling me I could not pay my husband's phone line without him present again ( kinda hard when he works 12 hour shifts everyday and this store has crappy hours of operation . On top of that paying a $60 phone line and being told I need to get change for $100 because they don't have any change ( $40 , they don't have that , really ) .Among other issues with the lady supposedly helping me what really topped the cake was her telling me once I was done paying that " i could at least be happy " . Regardless of all the previous issues and how you expect me to be happy about that the nerve and attitude of this woman was disrespectful and this will be the last month a pay for this phone line I will be switching my husband's phone . Has to be the worst store I've dealt with .

Before heading to the store I had called MetroPcs with Verizon on the line so we could transfer our lines.We couldnāt remember what the pin was for our account and we had asked what my options were now since we couldnāt remember the pin.Customer Service stated as long as we had an ID and the ownership of the account matches we could stop by any location who can assist us from there so we could access the pin.My boyfriend and I went stop by this location and Lucy whoās been with MetroPcs for 2years was assisting us.Our request was to retrieve the Pin from our Account so we can do a transfer to Verizon.She stated that she could not help us if we did not help the pin.I explained to her that I was just on the phone less than 10mins ago before we head to the location.She proceeded to do her protocol which was called her Support. While she called her support; I proceed to call Verizon to do a 3 way again.Lucy was able to get Rome on the line and Rome informed me the same answer that we couldnāt not get access to the account if we did not have the pin.I informed Rome the process of what was going on because Lucy did not explain it well.Unfortunately Rome also gave me a hard time. Once Lucy got off the phone she began to have this big ole smile thinking it was funny about giving me a hard time.My boyfriend and I walked outside as I still waited on the phone with Verizon to get MetroPcs on the line.About 5 mins proceed and I was able to get MetroPcs on the line with Verizon.Explained my situation and they informed me what Lucy and Rome were doing was wrong.I proceeded to walk back into the store and informed Lucy that MetroPcs customer service wished to speak with her.She instantly went off on MetroPcs customer service stating I donāt care who this is. I told this lady that I canāt help her and you are not my boss. Lucy began to pace back and forth yelling while blowing balloons.Then I then asked customer service what should I do now and then they asked if someone else was there. I informed them that yes someone was there but in the back. As I had saw her come out asking Lucy questions.I asked Lucy if someone else could help us and she gave me the dirtiest look and said no. Then Lucy continued to pace back and forth blowing up balloons saying I donāt what else to tell you.As Iām asking customer service what to do next, Lucy asked me to leave. I proceeded to leave as no one wanted to assist.MetroPcsCustomer service and Verizon given me their apologies due to the hassle I was going through.MetroPcs Customer Service asked if I could go to another location. I said of course because I wanted to get this process over.Drove 5 mins to another location and was able to walk into that other location with no hassle at all.Iām super disappointed to see customers service delivered so poorly.

They were very busy
