I’m writing to report a very disappointing and dishonest experience I had in one of your stores when trying to set up internet service at my home. As I do not speak English fluently, I trusted the employee to guide me through the process — unfortunately, he took advantage of my situation.
He charged me R$ 350 for a “box”, saying it was necessary for the internet to work. Although I found it expensive, I paid because I urgently needed the service.
At the end, he told me I would receive a “bonus”: a speaker. However, when I reviewed the receipt, I saw I was charged an extra R$ 100 for this supposed “gift”. So in truth, he sold me something while pretending it was free — which is dishonest and unacceptable.
I feel deceived and taken advantage of. This kind of behavior is completely unethical and unprofessional.
I request an immediate review of the charges, a refund of the unjust amount, and that appropriate action be taken regarding the employee involved.

I went into Metro T-Mobile on Midway and was greeted kindly by Mohamed. I'm so grateful to have gone to this location and will continue to do business there. Mohamed is a genius. I downloaded an app earlier in the day and was cursed with a virus. My phone would not allow me to stay on any apps because it had a million pop-ups every 5 seconds. Mohamed took the time to investigate the culprit in my phone and walked me through how to avoid having this issue again. If he didn't take the time to study my phone, I would have had to buy a new one. I was anxiety-ridden for several hours before meeting Mohamed. He literally restored my phone's integrity 👏...I'm so much more knowledgeable about maintaining my apps properly because of his patience and guidance. He really does deserve recognition within Metro T-Mobile, and I hope his manager sees this.

Metro sucks! Now they've made us call any number twice! And Metro has also screwed up how you send a text! It's ridiculous and all I say is Consumer Cellular here I come!

Shalini helped me out big time these last few weeks. My phone was stolen last month, and Shalini was very courteous, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process of regaining a replacement phone with the same phone #. She was excellent and I am very grateful for what she did.

Scandalists location. It seems they make up their own prices for the SERVICE ONLY. I usually have autopay but I got a new card. I tried to update my & apparentlY the boy that helped me never set it up. Anyhow I was charged 3 different prices in 3 different months. I've had several disappointing trips to this location. Metro should be embarrassed. I'm going to probably have my phone service messed with for leaving a bad review.

I bought a new prepaid plan and a new chip. He asked me twice what plan I needed and I answered $40 plan twice. I got charge the $50 plan+$5fee. It was $80 for a chip and a $40 plan. He’s was speaking probably “Indian” with someone on the phone the entire time. So disrespectful, I believe I got over charged for what I wanted. Is third chip I buy and I never got charged that much!
