I've been a Metropcs customer for over 15 years. This store consistently has the worst service in the area. I usually try to avoid it if you can avoid it I would recommend it.

I got excellent service at the local T-Mobile and she helped me figure out there was a bug in the app it wasn't in my phone and help me with several other issues that I had with my phone would recommend you use store on Garnet Ave.

This is where I bought my phone. So when I had a problem this is where I took my phone. And the problem was simple to fix and the attendant was able to fix it and the service was great and thenThen the customer service rep ask me if I wanted to get a tablet and get on the ACP program and I said yes to both and then apparently I didn't get on the ACP program so then he put me on the ACP program but it wouldn't be applied to that tablet so we offer me another tablet for $13 the first one was only $28But I would have to come back in 30 minutes.I called and called and not yet because there was an accident causing trafficThen when I get back the tablet is available but he has to reapply so.. we reapplyThen after some not insignificant amount of time he says he can't give me the tablet and won't give me the refund for the tablet I have that doesn't come with the discount

Lucy is an angel! She did all efforts she could to help me with my issue. I went to the store to ask how I could separate my phone line from my husband's line. She not only explained everything to me as she called the customer support and did everything. My biggest concern was to keep the amazon prime linked to my account and she was awesome with that! She really rocked! Thank you Lucy, you're amazing!

VIRIDIANA IS AN ANGEL!!! I came in one day absolutely P***** from dealing with the IDIOTS at the Metro in PB, she fixed my issue within 2 minutes!! I was in and out!! She is absolutely amazing!! Thank you girl!!

Worst branch that I have ever been to. My phone broke so I needed another one. The lady told me that I can pay for a new phone in monthly payments and the phone was going to be 450 dollars. I get a call from smartpay the following day and they tell me that my total would be $800+ !! I tried to go back to the store and they refused to reverse the “lease” when I said that I wanted to reverse and pay in full… Lorena said that her manager was out of town but she agreed with what she said…. Smartpay said that they can absolutely void the transaction through metro, but they refused to, instead the only option this location gave me was to return the phone to smartpay because metro does not want to do the refund so I can purchase the same phone…. Smartpay said that by returning the phone to them it would be a longer process and they would not refund the money it had to be the location that I had bought the phone at… this is absurd. Terrible customer service just a bunch of thieves
