Sara is the best worker at this location! She shows empathy and always tries to get me the best deals whenever I come in. All the workers there seem to get along really well, and the store is always clean. Love to make conversation with the workers there. Will always come back to this location!

There were 2 people working in the store that could've helped me, yet I waited 35mins to be serviced, with only one person ahead of me in the line.I guess those ladies assumed that I didn't speak spanish because the one that I think was the manager or supervisor was very comfortable stating " don't worry about him, he could wait" when the other asked "can you help him", all I wanted was to just pay my moms bill but even after that I waited 20mins, those ladies were really disrespectful

bought a newer device here! My hubby didn't want to JUST pay the $50 deductible! Well... NO screen protector was added by staff (Normally added NO charge! I didn't really take notice until SCREEN decided to be on crack! I've been with them OVER 6+ years.. I would normally give them a 5????? rating??? ...and so it goes!!!

it took 27 phone calls for them to answer the phone I dialed over and over and over I've been trying to get exchange on my new phone that does not work it's only 4 weeks old blackout it doesn't take a charge and it's so defective phone LG told me to take it into the store for a exchange, metro as well a my insurance for the phone LG. I have been going in circles and not a single person was very nice. I had to call 32 times with them picking up the phone and hanging up as soon as they picked it up. Very rude and uncorporatativeI HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD SERVICE IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE AND MY 58 YEARS OF LIVING BAD SERVICE RUDE UNCOOPERATIVE SUCH BAD SERVICE. I will be finally inappropriate complaints with the appropriate boards with the telecommunications boards, BBB, AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

They lie to customers about who qualifies for deals. They tried to say i don't qualify even though i am a boost mobile customer and trying to switch over to MetroPCS as a new customer. I am not a current customer. I contacted MetroPCS via twitter and they told me that my number does qualify for the free iPhone deal. Good thing that MetroPCS Support via twitter corrected this misleading information and recommended me to try a different store location. I won't be coming back EVER again.
