Where's metro store I've ever been to. Ali is the district manager and must be training someone else somewhere else because the employees at this store are truly worthless. Very bummed out because I adore Ali. But he seems the only competent human being there. Literally literally could not change the $100 bill. I paid for with 4 80s. Because someone was watching on camera and they saw them already. Put a $100 bill away just ridiculous. Also ringtone stood in line to have. My account worked on And 2 weeks later still got the same bill. Went back in student line for 15 minutes and 4 more people came. And was told to call customer service because it would take too long for her to call customer service to fix my problem. Absolutely terrible. Drive to Another Store at All Cost.Ali shame ali
