I haven't been in SD for some years so it's strange to se everything shifted around, but the renovated MTS office is certainly a sight for sore eyes. I contacted them because I lost my wallet, & their lost & found system was superb, I couldn't even believe it myself.

I use San Diego’s MTS multiple times per week to get downtown to home. Bus drivers are normally lenient if your phone is dead or your card is short. The trolley is very convenient and the bus runs through most of town. Ignore other reviews saying that drivers will not let you on if you are short some cash
