Local + accommodating + communicative and professional! Incredibly satisfied with the whole experience of MI-Box!First of all, I called and talked to Faith one day before I was set to move into a storage unit and she was able to set me up with delivery, storage, and pick up of a storage box that was most cost effective and convenient than most moving companies or storage units for the that matter.I’ve never had a storage unit before but I was moving out, going on a trip then moving into a new place all within a month and the stress levels were seriously decreased due to working with MI-Box.Thank you, Faith for the support and generosity! I feel like she’s my BFF at this point. Thank you Jeremy for the ingenious maneuvering and delivery of the box with all our belongings!Highly recommend this company and hope to see them continue thriving!

Mi-Box was GREAT from start to finish! Faith deserves a Gold Medal for all of her work to make our storage unit rental easy, and affordable. She was flexible on timing, very professional, returned calls promptly, and was the epitome of a person working for a company that does things the 'old way' - putting the customer interests at the top. Their pricing was reasonable and I'd strongly recommend that anybody who needs to rental a storage unit call Mi-Box. Turns out that my son and daughter-in-law also used Mi-Box during their move and had the exact same experience. Finally, Faith recommended a moving company [Flat Bid Moving] that would help us move our furniture in and out of the house, and they were great (Thanks to Carlos, Josh and the others).

From the first contact to the last, every person was professional, kind, dependable, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. I highly recommend you use them for any storage needs. We did a remodel and it was a huge relief to have their container at our home. We cannot say enough about them!

Mi Box of San Diego is by far the best company that I have worked with in the moving industry. Moving can be stressful but these folks are there to treat you with kindness, help solve problems and just provide excellent service. If you are looking for s-term or long term storage and for a great team to look after your belongings, look no further!

This will be the second time using MI-BOX storage. Both times have been fantastic, from our first call with Brian, to today's delivery by Debbie. Debbie was prompt, polite, friendly and Debbie even moved the container to put it in the perfect spot. We are so happy to help out local businesses. TY MI-BOX!

I used Mi Box for several months. I had them deliver the pod to my home. The delivery was great. Driver was very friendly and professional. Box was clean. Unfortunately I didn't really take advantage of using it as I had hoped. Wanted it to store things I was going to keep as I cleared out my garage. I lost my motivation so it was a waste for me but totally nothing to do with the company. They are great. When I called to have them pick up that went well too. A different driver. Called me prior to arriving and it all went well. I would definitely use them if I needed this type of service again and I do recommend them. I do with there was a less expensive way to do this type of thing.

Our non-profit organization worked with MI-BOX for our storage needs for many years. Faith and the team always provided excellent customer service. They came up with creative solutions to meet our needs. As a charity, they found ways to help us fulfill our mission while being good stewards of donated funds.
