MinuteClinic refused to give me a physical because I am over 35 years old. The law states that the doctor cannot refuse to treat the patient solely based on age. MinuteClinic is In Network on our insurance, so I made an appointment online and read all of their agreement and policy. I filled out all my information, including my birthdate and age. The website and application process never said there was an age limit for services at MinuteClinic. Their website says: "MinuteClinic makes it easy for older patients to get the care they need. So much so, that in February 2022, MinuteClinic was recognized for achieving 'Age-Friendly Health Systems-Committed to Care Excellence' in all of our clinics across the United States. This officially makes MinuteClinic the largest retail clinic network in the U.S. to adopt Age-Friendly care system-wide." "We offer several common screening tests for seniors," "If you're 65 or older, you may be eligible for a free wellness visit through Medicare. This visit includes a review of your medical history and health screenings for conditions that are common in older adults, such as high blood pressure and diabetes."When you press on health screenings, it shows you "Physicals" and "Tests and Screenings". It does not state anywhere that there is an age limit. I signed up for an "Annual Wellness Check-Up" under "Physicals". It does not state anywhere on their website that they only do diabetes and cholesterol tests for older adults. When we got to MinuteClinic, I tried to sign into the check-in kiosk, but it did not work. Then I tried again and it finally worked. We waited for over half an hour after my appointment time. The nurse asked me what I wanted done. I said I signed up for an Annual Wellness Check-Up. She said she can't give me a physical because MinuteClinic does not give physicals for people over 35 years old. I told her I signed up on their website and put my age and birthdate and it did not say anything about an age limit. She said their website does not have all their policies. I said I would like some tests and screenings. She said she can only do cholesterol and diabetes tests on people over 35. She said the other tests are part of a physical and she can't do a physical on people over 35. She said that if they do the tests, then people over 35 still have to go to another primary care physician and get the tests done again. This is not an "Age-Friendly Health System". This is false advertisement and age discrimination.

Awful service went in there for a health screening in January 2022 and than needed a new form filled out they wanted me to pay full amount to have a form filled out again is hasn’t even been a month and the nurse was so rude she kept saying it was her shift over.I kept asking for her managers and she kept saying over and over it was her shift over I wasn’t asking for that I asking for someone hired to speak to. Worst experience ever at this location.Don’t waste your money here! I’ll be complaining to corporate about this location.

The visit started out great and the practitioners were friendly... after I left and began to take the medicine I'd been prescribed, I had an allergic reaction and they prescribed another, unfortunately I became very ill on that one. So I called back once and was told I'd be called back later that day, which is fine. The day was coming to an end and I hadn't heard back so I called again, because I was feeling really bad. The receptionist seemed a bit annoyed that I was calling again (maybe she was ready to go home at that point), and told me that the nurse practitioners knew they needed to call me back... But I never received a call back, it's been weeks. Thank goodness I've gone to urgent care and gotten proper treatment from the medical professionals there.

Signed in at the kiosk and was out the door in 20 mins with a flu shot. Good serive. Doctor was very friendly and helpful.

Poor service; doctor on site today made my mother with a baby for 2.5 hours; she told her to return after one hour, she came back after one hour and doctor never helped her. When she first signed in, the computer said the wait was 6 minutes. Very disappointed.

Made an appointment online, received a text saying I'd be seen soon, checked in at the store shortly thereafter, waited for about an hour with my name on the board listing a zero minute wait time. Then all of a sudden my name just disappears. I was never seen. Door remained closed the entire time I waited. I don't think anyone was even there seeing patients.

I walked in for a test. Logged in the kiosk and had my test done within 15 minutes of arrival. I think it was my lucky day not having to wait in line. The doctors who saw me were very polite and very professional, in and out in ten minutes and answered all my questions clearly. Definitely recommended.
