NP was dismissive and rude, waste of time and money. This place is a total scam and will charge you insane prices for little to no treatment/care.

I had a great experience with the clinical team at the minute clinic at Rosencras. Agnes Rodriquez was thoughtful, caring and professional. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with this MinuteClinic. The physician, Dr. Kristina Johnson, diagnosed my respiratory problem, and the pharmacy had my prescriptions ready before we even finished the appointment.

Had an appointment at six. Showed up at 5:50. Kiosk wouldn't let me sign in, never got the confirmation email but when I call customer service they say I have an appointment. That's not really anyone's fault, just an internal error. So I decide to just see if they call my name. The minute clinic is just two closed doors at the back of the cvs, which is not ideal either because normally clinics have a front desk to help with appointments, and check-ins, etc. so that's no one's fault but cvs. At 6:10 a nurse pops out and calls someone else's name, and I am sitting in the designated waiting area, and the girl she calls is in the disabled seating. finally it's 6:30, and someone recommends I ask the pharmacy for help. They call the nurse and tell her I've been waiting, I go back. It's 6:55, the other girl leaves, I say hi I had an appointment at 6. She tells me she "looked around" and didn't see anyone. I ask why she didn't just call my name, she flips the open sign to closed and ignores me. Expect service like that here.

When you call it prompts you to be able to walk in for appointments, it does not let you leave a message or a call back number. There are no appointments to book online, however it does say walk ins welcome. The doctor on-site said that she would not welcome me to wait and she is not taking walk ins, I simply said I'd sit and incase if any cancellations and was told there's no point she won't be seeing me. I sat in the chair and was outside while there was a 15-20 minute gap in between patients and the only additional word I got from her was peaking out the door saying "I won't have time to see you go somewhere else."IF YOU WONT TAKE WALK INS, DON'T HAVE YOUR SYSTEM STATE THEY ARE WELCOME.

Made an appointment. Got a call from them the day of the appointment I could not answer. They left a message to call back on an 866 number. Called and got a robot with. After listening to all the choices over 5 minute I told the robot none of the answers were good. It hung up on me. Tried again. Same thing. Drove through traffic and arrived early as I'm a polite person. Checked in. Got a text message they'd be with me soon. After being there a half an hour 10 minutes after my appointment they told me they were out of the vaccine... they could have spent 30 seconds leaving that on my voice mail or a text message and save me 2 hours of frustrating complete waste of my time and I could have made another appointment. BRAIN DEAD.

Worst experience. Money grab by people who have some sort of degree thinking they can take advantage of everyone else. I wouldn’t consider these people to be healthcare professionals because professionals don’t act inconvenienced when being asked to provide a simple service that is being paid for. Simply need records of my results and all I am getting is a voicemail. When calling to get a direct line to the NP I am told they don’t have a direct line which I know is false. Too much to say over text regarding this place but the entire process is the worst experience each and every time. These people shouldn’t be considered health care workers

I drove about 40 minutes to get care or at least help, appointment set up and everything only to be told they weren’t sure they could help me, didn’t even check me or anything, very unfortunate. But I’ll tell y’all like she told me“Go to urgent care” lol save your gas and time and no headaches ladies and gentlemen

Omg the women that work there... they are just soooo sweet, and just the way they were with me so kind and caring. Very warm people! One of the doctors checked my temperature and my blood pressure (maybe it was Terry?... Im assuming because a woman named Terry left me a voicemail) before getting the nasal swab done for my Covid test results. The lady was so cute, at first the blood pressure reading wasn't working, she was jokingly saying.."oh no you're a zombie, you're to pretty to be a zombie let's try it again, shake your hands take a few deep breathes in and out" it worked the second time she said "oh it worked, see i knew you weren't a zombie" haha we both laughed, but she did let me know that my blood pressure was kind of higher than normal and asked me if I was nervous. I let her know that I'm taking a low dose of adderal in the mornings but I am just generally under a lot of stress and anxiety lately, and before my flight departure to Germany tomorrow. The other doctor that took my nasal swab was also super sweet, she was guiding me through the whole procedure, and I received a callback with my negative result within 20minutes and the official result online accessible through my chart within an hour. It was such an easy process and the women were so nice and personable.

Was seen quickly when I came in and they were nice so that was a positive experience. I had a cough for a while and I have no insurance so I decided to come here I was seen for less than 15 minutes and was charged 140. I was prescribed an inhaler and some pills to ease my cough but it did not work...I was told I would get a follow up call in a week so I just took the meds I was given and waited for the call to see if maybe they would prescribed something else or just to check up on me. Got no call I had to call in....finally got a call back and they said I should go to the doctors. I ended up going to the urgent care and was prescribed antibiotics which the doctor said I should of been from the start. Well now I know not to come to minute clinic instead just go to the urgent care right away.

What type of urgent care fells a patient who has a dog bite, "Sorry, our last walk in is at 5:12 pm." No offer to help me locate another place to be seen, no compassion, no care. What is the point? Whatever you do, make sure you have your health issue happen before 5:12 pm.

Went in at 7:30 am today (Friday), checked in quickly at kiosk, met with doctor. Unfortunately, my anthem blue cross insurance did not cover, so I declined service. The female doctor was truly caring and helpful during my brief visit.
