I work as an office assistant at a near by company & I utilize MinuteMen as often as I can. Any task I have brought to Shaun has always been executed beautifully & he they give so much information and guidance on the process. From creating personalized business cards for my colleagues, intricate and very detail oriented pdf files they have created into booklets & among any basic printing needs. Wether I call, email or walk in I am always taken care of and all the work is turned around in a timely fashion.10 out of 10 recommend.

Over the last several years I have used Minutemen Press for a variety of services including copying, bindery, custom printed products, banners, graphic design, logo design, and corporate gifts. The quotes are always timely and fairly priced. The design services exceed expectations.Tami can find anything you want for customized corporate gifts. I recently ordered custom t-shirts and the quality was amazing—so incredibly soft that recipients asked where I purchased. Delivery has been on time or early. Tami’s customer service is top notch—I feel valued no matter how large or small and the order.

I love this place! We are so lucky to have found such a quality printer. His prices are always the most reasonable and his turnaround is amazing. I often ask him to print oversize printing, business cards, letterhead, and artwork. that matches what I send and it always does. The play between the RGB of the image I see on my computer is always masterfully printed in CMYK on quality paper. I work up in Carlsbad, but choose to drive to Sorrento Valley to work with Shaun because the quality is unmatched. There is another Minute Man here near me in Carlsbad, but they never have the right paper or attention to detail. Minute Man Sorrento Valley is extremely professional - I can't recommend them enough! Truly helpful too.

Disappointing. Poor communication. I’d been providing my own paper for months when suddenly Sean alleges it’s “jamming his copier” and wants me to use his paper. Sean promised several times — for weeks — to email me a quote but never did. Instead he harbored resentment and would express his anger about my paper during our interactions. I decided to stop using this printer. I need a printer who communicates clearly and isn’t always complaining about customers. I need a printer who keeps his word as I take my business seriously and use them regularly. When I went to pick up my refund and paper Sean’s wife stood guard. I asked to speak to Sean but was told he was “busy.” He then stepped into the doorway from the back. His wife spoke for him, “I don’t appreciate you cussing at my husband.” What?!? I thought, what is she talking about? Sean had apparently told his wife an alternate version of what had actually transpired. Perhaps he was too embarrassed to admit that he’d lost another client? In my experience these folks are generally unprofessional, poor listeners, poor communicators (with shady pricing) who fail to follow through on their word. Like they say on Shark Tank — I’m out.

Sarah and Shaun were very responsive and got my project done ASAP and with high quality, even though I didn't give them much time to do it! They really saved me when I was in a program printing jam! I will return here in the future for all my printing needs. :)
