It's really crazy what happened today at this Branch location in little Italy. I was told by the teller name PRISCILLA MORALES that was obviously having a bad day or a miserable life ATTEMPTING TO BE A BLESSN BLOCKER IS WHAT UNHAPPY PEOPLE ARE MISERY LOVES COMPANY!! She proceeded to tell me that the only way the I would be allowed to get assistance with calling my husband was if they were going to approve my transaction of course I was taken aback by her response to me trying to explain to her that something was going on with my phone and it was not allowing me to dail out and I needed to call him to explain what was happening at the bank. She proceeded to say that she would check with her manager and see if they would assist me with speaking with my husband regarding bank business. She then went into the Branch manager's whose name is ROLA ALDAIS and somehow convinced her to co- sign this foolishness, which she did come out of her office into the lobby and embrassed me in front of other customers trying to tell me that it is not customary for the bank to allow customer to utilize their phones to discuss bank business. I explained to her that I had been a customer for quite sometime at the branch in MiraMesa and never had a problem with them using their telephone to assist me with contacting my husband to discuss bank business. The Branch manager proceeded to tell me that it didn't matter what they did for me because they may have knew me at another branch, that it is not their policy to do allow a customer to speak with a third party regarding bank business and that she would extend me the courtesy of doing so this one time... HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD SUCH NON SENSE??? I ASKED HER IF THAT IS A BANK POLICY COULD SHE SHOW ME WHERE IT SAYS THAT IN WRITING... CRICKETS...WAS THIS RACISM OR SHEER STUPIDITY??? After writing this review I looked at some of the other reviews regarding customer service reviews about at thus branch location, as insaid been banking with Mission Federal for a while and I loved the Customer service in MiraMesa was top notch and I also frequent the Mission Hills location as well, never had Any complaints when I needed help contacting a third party regarding bank business! I usually use the lil Italy location when it urgent and convenient but I will try to avoid thus lixatio as much as possible in the future unfortunately is the term that the Branch manager used to tell me that they weren't going to contact my significant other on my behalf, just sheer foolishness like I said. I am a professional when I'm trying care of the customers. I was once a Bank Teller many years ago never heard such non-sense in all my years if banking. CUSTOMER SERVE JUST AINT WHAT IT USED TO BE AND WE WONDER WHY AI IS TAKING FOLKS JOBS!!! IM A EFDA NOW I TAKE CARE OF MY PATIENTS THEY'RE V. I. P NOT ME , NOT THE DENTIST WHEN MY PATIENTS GET OUT IF MY DENTAL CHAIR AFTER I HAVE CKEANED THEIR TEETH... I GET WAVE REVIEWS... SO NO ITS NOT PERSONAL JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DISCOURTEOUS DISRESPECTFUL DEMEANOR EXIBITED ON BEHALF OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE SOMEONE THAT IS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR OWN LYFE... GOD HELP MISERABLE PEOPLE

My first time using a Credit Union. Everyone at this location was not only helpful but happy to help and provided exceptional customer service! Shout out to Rola and Priscilla who helped me with a loan and made the process seamless! My new bank :)

I would recommend strongly against opening any accounts here - personal or business.I opened an account at the Mission Federal Credit Union branch in Little Italy, San Diego for the 501(c)(3) non-profit that I started to help recent college graduates pay off student debt. The non-profit was something that I did on the side as a passion project. Shortly after opening up the account, I moved out of state for my primary job and put the non-profit on hold. During that time, Mission Credit authorized multiple unapproved (by me) and illegitimate transactions that depleted the non-profit’s account. No fraud warnings were triggered (and should have been). I only found out when I recently closed out the account to withdraw the remaining balance and there was only $3 left. Hundreds of dollars were stolen under their watch.They told me it was too late to file a fraudulent access claim even though the statute of limitations for that crime is many years. Bottom line: The bank’s systems are not secure. I will NEVER use them again.

Initially their Draconian rules made frustrating to start an account.. But after the 90 days initial time period things improved.Be aware that you can only withdraw $3000 A-day at each branch. They demonstrate how small they are as a bank because of that..

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. There service has always been awful, and I mean AWFUL, but now you can only make deposits during business hours- 9 am to 4 pm. THERE IS NO ATM ACCESS AFTER 4 PM. It was foreseeable that they'd have homeless camping in the lobby at night when they built that place out, but restricting access to the ATM is not the answer.

After ten years of being a member I received 4 letters in a week from Mission Fed telling me they were closing an account and reporting to a collections agency because it had been two months negative. I was surprised because I had no contact from them to indicate anything was wrong and don't use the account often. Their customer service refused to help with the potential of fraud and kept telling me to call the manager of the branch. It was a small amount so I contacted her. She told me they reported something against my credit (via chex, a bank system) and were not going to correct it. She said I can't send a payment from my bank to clear it so it doesn't sit on my credit, they'd only take a cashier's check (mailed. Like it's 1980). I have had a pleasant experience with other CUs - NFCU is great, and I expected the same level of attention at Mission Fed. Will be telling those I know to avoid this credit union for others with better customer service.

This bank, with out our recognition, with out any letter, or with out any announcement, they added 800 dollars on our loan. When I talk to the manager, she didn't give me enough answer. Even she don't want give me contact number for the head office/ supper viseor/ Finally she email me she don't want talk with me any more. And we have a lot of issue, she couldn't answer any of our issue. TheGOODNESS initiation
