This movers were a mess and money hungry!! 2 months without my belongings in a new state; had to wait because the company needed to be hired for another load in order for their trip to be more profitable… waiting was never part of the contract. My new smart TV ( back in 2021) was cracked so movers set it against a wall for me not to notice. My vacuum cleaner was broken, 2 large decorative mirrors were left behind along with my washer, dryer, 3 boxes and was told that it was because the other customers paid more so they secured their items, he also said that I was a problem from day one. My very solid wood bedroom and dining room set of sentimental value were damaged, broken and glued with some type of instant drying foam that hardened outside of joint pieces. I was quoted a price per item and charged for sq ft which mage a huge difference in price. The threatened to put my urns in storage if I didn’t pay the full balance despite not receiving all of my items. Did I mention that these kid like employees didn’t have a license to move cross country and it took them longer?! Now I’m missing boxes of pictures of my sons growing up. ?

Horrible company! Please do not use! Didn't get our stuff for 3 months. Were overcharged by $8000! Stuff missing and broken. It's been many many months dealing with Adam to get a refund they owe us that he promised! He does not return calls. Very unprofessional company.

I would give 0 stars but Yelp wont let me . Do not use this company for moving. They provided a binding, itemized estimate then overcharged me after loading all of the items and holding them hostage. Prior to delivery, they "discounted" the overcharged amount but did not agree to honor the original quote. After a 1 year fight and civil case, I won a judgement for the amount they overcharged me plus damages made to my property during the move. They dodged my calls and letters and refused to pay the judgement until I hired a collection company and had to give them 25% of the judgement amount. Now more than a year later, we are still trying to collect from Mission Transportation. Nightmare! Stay away from these guys. Not sure how companies like this stay in business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Get a pod/container if you have to! Company will move your items with other customers items. I experienced what many customers went through. I hired Mission Transportation to move my items from California to Oklahoma. After unpacking, I noticed I was missing a lot of items. There were also damages to items and packages. I have reached out to Mission Transportation many times but my issues were never resolved. My phone calls were ignored. I was informed that Mission Transportation would email me a form to fill out for this issue but I never received it. I have also emailed company for this form with no response. Company did not have any issues responding back to me for the quote and services prior. During transportation, whoever was hired to move items, stole items from my backpack and other items that were transported. I am not sure who was hired but having my items stolen is inexcusable on top of damages to other items. I paid extra over what I was quoted hoping that all my items would arrive but this was not the case. I have a personal computer which contained sensitive and personal information which is now missing. After this incident my information/identity has been used for illegal purposes. When your quote goes from $5000 to $8800, you would expect that Mission Transportation would take care of your personal items.

Worst move ever. Don't believe BBB's A rating. Allen ( estimator) leads with this. After reading all the reviews here, Mission has a MO. 1 estimates low 2 jacks up the price when the last piece is loaded on the truck 3 intimidates until you sign and pay.by telling you you won't get your furniture until you do. We will put it in storage and you'll have to pay even more to have it delivered 4 doesn't deliver when told 5 steals/ loses expensive items 6 damages many items 7 does NOT reassemble what the took apart 8.IGNORES all emails etc

Gary M. i wouldn't recommend this company for moving. Allen Wigington the territory Manager came out and gave us a quote of $4,000 for the move, when they came out to move us the driver said it was a $10,000 move. They said they would be at our house at 9:00am and they arrived at 2:00 pm. It took them till midnight to get everything packed. They didn't have enough supplies and had to go to home depot and harbor freight. They didn't have enough blankets and didn't wrap our washer, dryer and refrigerator. They stacked the washer on the dryer without any blankets. They destroyed our refrigerator and dryer so we had to purchase new . Steve Schwartz and Adam were impossible to communicate with, wouldn't answer there phones. So far we have found more than half of our dishes broken and furniture with Chips and nicks on all of them. They packed heavy items on top of fragile items. this company shouldn't be able to be in business. If your thinking of using Mission Transportation I would definitely recommend you don't. They destroyed a lot of our items that can't be replace. They must hire people off the street. Beware if you hire them.

If only I could give this company a big fat ZERO stars I would. Whatever you do, stay away from these people, their a bunch of liars and thieves! My husband and I are totally being ripped off by the moving company, Mission Transportation, in San Diego, Ca. Not only were we charged an extra $5,000 more on top of the quote we were given to move us, but after waiting a month for our home items to arrive, almost everything we had that was of any value to the thieves at Mission Transportation, never arrived. Things that only had sentimental value to us were delivered either broken or missing. Then there were my husbands tools that he used daily in the electrical field including a number of 18 V DeWalt cordless tools, batteries and chargers, a 20in Stihl gas chain saw too.. My husband's grandmothers copper bottom 16 piece pots and pans that I used daily, stolen. My MK bags, 3 of them, stolen, including 2 Coach bags and 1 LV bag. 2 heavy duty fiberglass Werner's ladders, stolen. 1 year new, gas push lawnmower, stolen. 2 new corn hole professional grade boards, stolen. 3 new tv's, one 62 inch, all with cracked screens. Large, collector pictures with broken glass, antique depression glass dishes, shattered! The list goes on and on. And if this gives you any kind of clue as to the integrity of the people delivering our items... I was busy unpacking as quickly as I could while the movers were bringing our boxes inside the house, I found a box that was NOT ours. I took the box outside to the movers, explained to them that they gave us the wrong box and right out of the lead movers mouth I was told to "keep it"! I told him that it was not our box and had to insist that he take it back. Now that I think of it, could other people they made deliveries to out of the same moving truck, have our stuff??!! We contacted the moving company within days of the delivery to file a complaint and we were told that instead of filing a loss with their insurance company they would take care of us directly to cut down on our time getting reimbursed for our losses. Yeah, rightWe've been ignored, lied to, put off and they won't return our calls. When we do get through to their representative, Adam, he flat out is rude and he tells us just what we want to hear, but it's all lies! And then you have Steve, who drags out conversations about his health restrictions so long that you almost forget why your talking to him to begin with, and who's promises are no better than his colleague, Adam. After almost 4 months now, we still are waiting to be reimbursed for our loses, although some things are irreplaceable, we are tired of being jerked around by these liars and thieves. We chose this company because they were "family" owned and ran and instead of giving us a quote over the phone like other moving companies, they would send out a rep, Alan, to look over our items and even with the quote, we ended up paying way over the $14,000 or they wouldn't deliver our home goods. Since then, I've read the reviews about this company and 99% of the reports read almost the same complaint as ours. We do NOT want Mission Transportation to continue to do this to unsuspecting people like us and believe they should be held accountable. We are left heart broken over this experience and Mission Transportation, SHAME ON YOU, where is YOUR integrity??!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOU!! They are THIEVES AND LIARS!Not only did they steal our property but they charged us $5000 on top of the $14,000. What we did receive was broken furniture, broken picture glass, broken antique dishes and so many other items were missing that had some value to them, but what wasn’t interesting to them didn’t have value to these thieves who work this company. How can you not notice that your ladders, lawn mower, many of my husbands tools that he’s used in his electrical business, chain saws, drills, or that my MK and Coach bags are missing?!! We have attempted calling this company at least 30 times, and when we finally do get through to Adam, he makes promise after promise to call you back or have a solution within a day, week or two, but he isn’t a man of his word! He’s a flat out liar! Then there’s Steve, who is all about himself and is dialysis issues. Well, Steve, we all have health issues and we are sorry your sick. But my husband has cancer and he is going through chemo, and yet he is stressed more than you can imagine having to deal with your moving company, just trying to get what is due us for the thieving people you have working for you!I hope your company goes under and karma catches up to every single one of you liars!!

They lost my 3 boxes which contains my grandma's mementos, my bags, headphones, etc. All of the stuffs are about more than $8000. They said they think my stuffs are with another customers belongings and will contact me once they open that storage. They never called or emailed me to inform that they couldn't find my stuffs in that storage. They seems they don't care their customer(maybe they think it is not their customer once everything delivered). The due date of claim is 9 months and they just let the customer miss that day(even though customer waiting for their updates). Also, they call low cost when they estimate through the phone and they over charge on moving day. They estimated about $3000-$3500(I explained everything that I have) and they charged me about $7000 on pick up day. They cut it down to $5000 like they discounted a lot for me :\. I've never seen the company like this unorganized. I feel like I've been scammed.If you want to be scammed, charged over price, and lost your stuffs, then I recommend this company.

Moved cross country. Super late getting stuff. Talking a month late. Broke a ton of things. Filed an insurance claim, and its been a year and Im still chasing them for it. Sell your stuff before using these guys.

The one star is for the movers themselves they were nice. But the company is a bunch of money hungry people. We didn’t want to pay them the final amount till we saw all of our things out of the truck to make sure nothing was broken or missing but they threatened us that if we didn’t pay before they took anything off the truck they would take our stuff to storage until we paid and charge us for the storage. When we finally got our stuff three bags were missing and someone went through one of our items and stole things out of it, thankfully it wasn’t super expensive stuff but no one should have gone through our stuff in the first place. If you can just move yourself because clearly moving companies don’t care and never will .

Unbelievably bad... First of all, The shipment was delayed by 7 weeks. Then some furniture and our beloved piano were damaged. We bought insurance, waited 120+ days for the result. After 120 days, no reply, we have to call them 3 times, 3 days in a row to get someone to answer. And the result was declined, ALL OF THEM. And they delete negative posts on their Facebook.

Absolutely horrible service!! Do no recommend. Broker was used to find these people and these people (this company) is known for scamming individuals. Just read the reviews!! Do your research. Literally thousands of dollars this company extorded from family in order for family to receive furniture. Furniture received was broken, missing and not in good shape. Did not feel as though the owner of company cared about my family and or the money that went into driving the stuff from storage to state. They did not pack up the stuff. All they had to do was transport it and they failed to do that within the month they told us it would be delivered. It took them 3 months! They promised us dates and did not fulfill those dates. This company is NOT trustworthy. Please save yourself money, time and heartache!!!

I have absolutely no idea where to begin. This company is HORRIBLE!!! I moved to Chicago at the beginning of last year in February, I originally had been told by Adam that my belongings would be delivered within 7 days, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. After scamming me into paying over double what I had been quoted by Adam on move day,4 my family had to sleep on air mattresses for 4 months with no definitive date as to when our things would actually arrive and barely any communication whatsoever. I finally got a call stating that the truck would be arriving "in a few minutes" (thanks for the heads up). Upon arrival, the driver tried to get more money out of us, claiming that his paperwork showed that the bill had not been paid in full. It was completely paid at pick up. While unloading my things, I started noticing items that were NOT mines. Upon going through my belongings I noticed several high value items missing, which was very disappointing. I called the driver and he said they were on their way to drop another load and if my items turned along the way they would double back. Never heard another word from the driver. I called Adam to notify him that I had pretty much half my load missing and that there were items that did not belong to me inside of my boxes and storage bins (which I was told would NOT be opened) and yet I still ended up with someone else's things. It was almost as if they had gone through everyone's things at the same time and forgot what went where. Adam initially reassured me that my items were in the warehouse and had "accidentally been forgotten" but after a couple months of stringing me alone he just stopped answering altogether. Stay away from this company. My situation has yet to be rectified and it's been almost a year.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! This company is a complete disappointment Thought I was getting a fair deal to move my family's belongings from NYC to Florida that was a lie. They give you a quote I believe just to get the business then they screw you in the end. They changed the day of pick up which caused me to lose a flight and had to book another one lost my money on first flight. Then they were supposed to come at 9am changed it to 1pm and didn't come till almost 5 . The pick up employees were so unprofessional they stunk like alcohol and pot. One of the guys dropped a container down the stairs and hit another guy in the face and then everything went crashing down the stairs. They leader made himself at home on my couch and was falling asleep in between laughing about how much extra money it was going to be. I was originally told it would cost$1850 In the end it cost me over $5000 Was told it would arrive in 3 to 5 days ended up being 10 days . Upon arrival I had many items damaged Now I have been trying to make a claim with the company for the damaged items ( which I paid extra for insurance through the company) I keep getting the run around. I called the main office in San Diego and then someone else called me back and said don't call that number again only call them. they were supposed to send me the paperwork for my claim and I still haven't received it. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau Please don't use them
