Ryan and Mode Automotive are the best! I have never met a more honest mechanic. I will only take my car to Mode because I know Ryan will always do a great job and always be honest, upfront, and professional. Ryan made it super easy for me to understand what he was going to do and what a good action would be for some other items I need to get taken care of. He also listened to my budget concerns (creating an action plan that would fit with my budget) and kept me informed on when my car would be done. Ryan is amazing. We started going to his shop based on Google reviews. He really knows his stuff, takes a thorough look at the car, is honest about how good (or bad) it is, takes time to explain things, doesn't d*** it down, and is just an all-around great guy. He does what needs doing and isn't pushy about extra services. His online appointment system is pretty handy. The icing on the cake is I'm happy to support a small business. Why did it take us so long to find him? You and your car want to be here.

Ryan at Mode Automative was great to work with. He had my BMW diagnosed and created an estimate for the repairs the same day - then everything was done by the following afternoon. He gave me info on everything he saw that could use some tuning up or replacing on my car with timelines for how long I could wait if they were not urgent. Pricing was fair and he was very helpful when walking me through everything. HIGHLY recommend - I'll be going back there in the future for my car's needs!
