They first fixed a chip on my Tesla model 3. They did a great job. Fyi, you will always see a small imperfection no matter how good is the job. Before he starts, Sam warns you of a 7% chance that the crack can get worse, but just give him the job and he will do a great. Encouraged, I brought my wife's Sienna that had a non fixable crack over the camera/sensor. It needed a windshield replacement. He also did a great job, including alignment and handling the insurance. In short, just a great service!

Came to My Auto Glass this morning to have my car door window replaced and a chip in my windshield fixed and had a great experience. They did an amazing job. Very quick, professional, and they do awesome work! I didn't realize this was the same place that had replaced my windshield 3 years ago - which was also a great experience.
Sam helped me out and he was so kind, helpful, and very honest. I highly recommend My Auto Glass. When I asked Sam if he recommended a body shop for some scratches on my car, he ended up buffing them out himself! Made my day, he's a great guy! I would recommend him to anyone and will continue to use them for any future service!

Don't even waste your time getting a quote somewhere else. I got quotes from half a dozen places and they tried to add random fees or jack up the price. These guys gave me a low price from the start and didn't charge any BS fees. They were also professional and got the job done very quickly. Will go here again if I need glass repair 100%

I highly recommend My Auto Glass. I had major issues getting a national provider who advertises everywhere to install a new windshield for my mother in law. After getting the run around, I went local and called Sam. He went above and beyond in service and customer care. I will definitely be using Sam in the future.

My windshield cracked driving down I-15, and my deductible was high enough in my insurance that they weren't going to cover any of it. I shopped around to a few different places, and My Auto Glass was much cheaper than any of the others (around $800 less than the out-of-pocket cost at Safelite!), and they included calibration for my Subaru Outback. I'm incredibly grateful for the great, fast job they did (I waited for less than an hour for service!), and I'd recommend them to anyone

Great working and very affordable!. A rock hit my windshield and was worried I was going to have to replace it . They got me in and out quickly and were able to save my windshield!

I was doing a delivery in Clairemont area when my driver's side window rolled down on its own and wouldn't roll back up? It was about to rain later that day so I was desperate to get the window fixed ASAP!!! I found My Auto Glass by chance and am I glad I did!!! I called and spoke with Sam who knew EXACTLY what was wrong. I arrived to his shop within 15 minutes and Sam was able to squeeze me in to fix my window (and found the missing part in San Diego and had it delivered withing 20 minutes)! Once he received it, they had already prepped the wind for repair and were finished in about 30 minutes after receiving the part. Thank you so much Sam, for being so helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and precise with my Dodge Caravans needs! If I ever need any kind of window service again, I know where I'm going!!! Thank you again Sam!

I have gone here a few times and all have been great experiences. Sam and his team know what they are doing. DO NOT GO TO SAFELITE. I’ve learned this the hard way the first time and a repair that “was repaired” did not turn out that way and Sam luckily was able to mend it. For a chip or replacement try my auto glass before you go elsewhere.

They were able to squeeze me in within an hour of me calling. They had the best quote I received. Finally it’s been several months since I got the windshield replaced and it went through several car washes and several storms and it didn’t leak.
