The National Comedy Theatre is San Diego's legendary improv comedy show. Since 1999, NCT has performed over 7000 shows and has taught improv classes to thousands of adults and teens, making it the longest-running show in San Diego history. The shows are hilarious, fast-moving, and appropriate for all audiences. In addition to performing over 300 shows a year, NCT also teaches improv classes, conducts team-building workshops for corporations, and performs private comedy shows for organizations large and small. Audience members praise the interactive and engaging nature of the shows, with one describing it as a "really great experience" and another saying their "family and I had a phenomenal time." The performers are consistently described as "hilarious" and "very funny," leaving audiences with sore faces from smiling so much.
So much fun! We've gone here a few times now and I laugh every time. Looking to lighten up and have some care-free laughs? This is your place.

My son did the two week teen improv camp and loved it. The final show was a lot of fun, really well done and you can’t help but be impressed with how much the kids have learned. I would absolutely recommend it!
