If i could give zero stars i would. Evidently the staff in this location has no respect for their navy federal customers, laughing over taking out 400 in dollar couns over their navy chat. Literally asked her whats so funny she said oh my co worker made a joke because you want alot of dollar coins. Number one its unprofessional in so many ways on top of it confirming staff is laughing at their customers behind a keyboard. Staff needs training on their behavior and how they are expressing them selfs. Rude, unprofessional top it off did it in front of my 7 year old.

Stop lying to people about your policies and about who is the manager. Staff impersonating managers to keep lying is not cool. A simple apology would go a lot further than trying to cover up the unfair treatment with the further lies and excuses of " It's a new policy that just started two weeks ago." I double checked with randomly passing staff and continuously proved the imposters wrong and the wrong duers kept still lying to my face. I feel very disrespected and humiliated.

I had a wonderful experience at this Navy Fed branch thanks to Myysha Mobley. Myysha was so experienced and helpful. After having a rough morning and waiting approximately 20 minutes on a banker. Myysha brightened up my day by going above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate her amazing customer service skills. Myysha was so knowledgeable I automatically thought she was a manager. Thank you so much! Navy Fed is the best!

My weekly visits here at this branch are usually a simple transaction. Today, I was greeted by Stephanie, who I have had the pleasure of interacting with. My company does their corporate banking with this credit union. I particularly enjoy handling these affairs. She is very professional in her approach, as well as friendly, while she navigates through the transactions. I can't thank her enough

My grandmother went in and she kept mentioning how patient and polite Bianca was to them. It was refreshing.She helped them complete their transaction and went further to help them set up their mobile app! All in all, her customer service was topnotch. We will definitely be returning to this branch.

This used to be a pretty decent branch. However, the young teller after being told of my experience with their one allegedly working but not really ATM had zero to say and then was fairly rude to me. I'm sorry, I've worked enough customer service to know when someone is trying to embarrass you.Fix your ATM, stop wasting people's time and do better.

The tellers here are rude and unprofessional. It took an hour for them to get me change. They almost refused me even though I have an account with them because I don't have a bank card. I wasn't even asking to take change out of the account but to just exchange for the money I already had on me. "I will do this once out of courtesy" definitely didn't feel welcomed at all in there

I've been to multiple navy federal branches but the service here is definitely not the best. I usually do my cashiers checks online for the convenience of being able to come and just pick up the check. I mostly got to the mission valley location and am in and out quickly and have never had an issue. The first time I came here to pick one up, they got the amount wrong and I didn't realize it until I left the branch, therefore I had to come back. And now today I ordered my check online once again and the front desk clerk who was dressed unprofessional with pink hair, made me get in line to pick it up. May I add that the line was very long and I had more then 10 people ahead of me. Because of this, I had to call my husband to pick up my son from school because I wouldn't make it on time, which luckily he works from home. Point being, it's not a convince to pick up cashiers checks here and they never have enough workers.

Came here to open an account for my sister and we were greeted and helped so quickly by Ms. Kisha! She was honestly so amazing and so energetic about her job which I love! She was super cool with me and my sister. I will definitely coming back to this location for this amazing service.
