Terrible customer service- no wonder why everyone is moving to USAA banking! They told me to bring in paperwork to add my mom to my account and when I did they said she had to be present. This is NOT what they told me when they gave me the paperwork (she doesn’t live close). The guy at the front desk , Brandon , was also very rude and tried to explain to me why I was wrong when I was doing exactly what they told me to do. Asked to speak to the manager and of course he wasn’t in today, the assistant manager wasn’t interested in helping either. Been banking with them for over 30yrs, but I’m done- closed my accounts. Get it together NFCU! Time to move everything to USAA- don’t waste ur time with NFCU

The guy with a bunch of tattoos helping customers was so rude. I had to do deposits for my job and he was so mad that he had to do a CTR or whatever it is called for each one. It's not my fault your system makes it do that. He was cussing and didn't say a word to me. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Made me feel like such an inconvenience.

I had a horrible experience with carmax messing up my loan but the whole time brendan made my experience amazing.He was so helpful the whole time and made my loan so easy even after all the mess ups with carmax.

Been here a few times to deposit money and pick up a debit card. They're always friendly and quick. I can't ask for more than that.

Horrible service the ATM Crashes non stop running Windows 7 which Microsoft stopped supporting 11 yes ELEVEN years ago. Was out 300 bucks for a week no compensation or even an spilt?

I bought two rolls of quarters for laundry at this branch and each roll was short one quarter. One was, there was a penny there instead of fourth quarter, the other just short one quarter. I always buy rolls frm the bank and have never thought to count until I got the one with penny. This was after hrs, I did laundry so I had to call and get to supervisor to get resolved. I would think the banks would have better protocol, weight machines for this, to be scammed and passing on the scams to customers, but I appreciate the diligence in it being able to be resolved without me having to go out of my way to go bck to the bank to resolve it. I guess just count your change at the bank too

Excellent branch! They go out of there way to take care of their customers! I have my personal and business accounts with Navy Federal and its been very beneficial. They don't charge you monthly fees like Bank of America!

Wow! One of my best NF experiences in a while, on 12/22/2021, around lunch time. They are really friendly here, and clearly understand that the "Members are the Mission!" I definitely prefer and intend to come to this branch again to do some banking. Super friendly, pleasant, smile inducing, outstanding customer service. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Many years ago, I really loved Navy Federal Credit Union. I recently decided to leave big banking and take 2 very large accounts back to them. I am no longer active duty, but a veteran who was actually proud to be returning to do business with them. There is no way to express just how completely stunned, and disappointed at my experience over the last few months. I have not had a working account yet, all due to things that hsv3 been completely out of my control, and through no fault of chase, which is one of the banks I was transferring from. Then to top it off, I have had such horrible experiences with rude representatives on the phone. Along with 2 times being placed on hold for 42 minutes on one call, fir which I finally hung up because I knew they were at that point closed, and I could be holding until the next day. Then to be told I should plan to be on hold for over an hour, just to get them to turn loose of money they took from my chase account, and though I have gone into branches to show my identity, they still will not close the account that they apparently opened just to get my money from chase, but then will not let me have access to no matter what I do. Needless to say, I'm absolutely not leaving chase for an institution that operates like this. I do notknow what happened to them, but it is not the same Navy Federal I was once a member of. There is no way I would entrust them with 200 dollars, much less 200k after this experience is finally handled. I'm not sure how they could still even be in business, given what this experience has been like. I am shocked that anyone would entrust them with anything. It has been such an inexcusable, and unpleasant experience from the start, and I only got as far as having them transfer the money from chase to open the account. I guess the only good thing to come from this, is that they have only held me in this hostage situation with a smaller transfered amount of money from my chase account. I did not leave chase, nor did I transfer a large amount to Navy Federal, so they harmed me no further than just several months of being an absolute maddening nonsensical outrageous business model, disregard, disrespect of my time, while holding the money they managed to take from my bank account with Chase hostage, my going into branches to prove my identity OVER AND OVER, being tossed around, cut off, hung up on, or put on hold to infinity, etc., I will eventually finally be done with this hassle, and this institution and whatever happened to it forever. Thank GOD!! So I cannot at all ever again recommend navy federal credit union for anything, most especially business as important as ones finances. That's for sure.
