I deposited $1600 into atm and my account said $0 dollars so I immediately went inside to see why my $1600 hadn’t posted and they said the band hadn’t received my money and that I have to wait for a technician to check the bin of the atm that it should be 3-5 days for my money.

This location by far is my least favorite. Multiple times my mom has went here to ask for help (on how to use her app (she isn't very tech savvy) and has been turned away with a "you can make your payment on the app or just call the number to customer service and they can help you set up your app". Every other location I have been to has been great and are always helpful.

This review is actually on the contracted cleaner that worked on the night of 01/24, at 10pm. I had to make a late night (10pm) deposit due to getting off of work late. I went to the branch and attended to deposit on the outside atm which was unable to accept the deposit at the time, I needed to make this deposit for a large transaction that was going through, so, I attempted to use the atm inside of the doors. The cleaning man refused to let me in, he stated he was cleaning and I needed to wait. I was beside myself. Being a business owner, I understand the value of a customer as well as customer service. Instead of pausing for a moment to allow me to use the atm, after explaining the outside one wouldn't work,(mind you I was already uncomfortable because I had so much cash on me, and needed to make this deposit. All circumstantial, I know) he, as a paid contractor, decide that me, a consumer, should rather wait outside and not be ALLOWED to interrupt his cleaning. This had me beside myself. I left, I hope that this does not effect my transition.

Was seen quickly by a banker and greeted nicely when walking thru the door. All workers had masks on . And they had their toy for tots bin that was filling up too. Love to see it!

The rudest customer service representatives they saw me standing in line waiting to get into the bank and closed the doors on me I attempted to explain my situation and they refused to listen. Worst and slowest branch ever

I went to deposit some cash and cash a check and there was only one teller open. Mind you there was about 5 individuals in line. There would have been more but 3 folks walked out after waiting for a while.. This seems to me like they need to work on their staffing during work hours. I will not visit this branch again..

Awesome little branch. The NFCU employees are very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I really appreciate all my experiences here. I'm able to get my needs and services met. Sometimes the ATM's are glitchy. Glad it is my local branch.
