This company as a whole is amazing! I got approved for a refi auto loan in less than an hour with fund available that day. I have been dealing with a horrible credit union and dealing with Navy Fed now is a breath of fresh air. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Navy Fed!!

I just had another positive customer experience at navy federal. Aly was the teller and also helped me open my account. She was polite and helpful. Walked me through the online app and very caring. It was definitely a positive experience, especially coming directed from another unnamed bank I look forward to doing more banking with Navy Federal. Thank you!

Today, I drove to NFCU to an open IRA at RB office. You must have appointment and no employees to assist you. NFCU has lost it focus on the member (customer). In one office, they had dead red roses. It is time to improve your service and have a fully trained team to serve members.

Glad a local NFCU is convenenly located near me and off I-15. I prefer this location to the one in Mira Mesa as it is less chaotic and busy. It is located in the heart of Rancho Bernardo with plenty of parking near other businesses and eateries. Unfortunately, they only have one atm machine available, but there is hardly a line when I go.It's your typical bank. Pretty nice interior and big inside. They also have TVs behind the tellers to keep you pre-occupied while you wait in line. Gender-neutral restroom inside. Customer service from Arlene is always stress-free and pleasant! She is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She has helped my family in many ways and takes great care of us.I cannot speak for the other employees, but overall my experiences have always been good.

They treated me like I never banked there.I brought in my EDD card because I got laid off. They could not take my bank card, my drivers license and my Costco card that have picture ID on them, as proof of who I was. I had to go to my truck and get my registration also. Really? It's ok if I am using their money. But they treated my like a felon. I just wanted to deposit money from EDD . Insane. Then they went on and asked me for my phone number, my street address. I was so close to closing my account. 2 tellers put me through it.Just to deposit EDD payment. I hope they never get laid off. Maybe they don't bank at NFCU. Just make life harder.Worst service from NFCU

The customer service at this branch is terrible, especially Sabrina. Every time I come here she has a major attitude. Most likely I will be closing my account at Navy Fed because of the terrible service.

The most racist bank location we went. Youll be profiled if you have a lot of money. Just gets me sick to my stomach to see how they handle young people what more old people that has to deal with this teller. You guys need to put your employees on some educational customer service basics

I'm a little surprised by the overall low rating of this location because my experience was pretty stellar. My boyfriend stopped by to get some of his auto loan paperwork finalized and we were greeted right when we walked in the door. We checked in and sat in the spacious waiting area for someone to come assist us. The associate that assisted us was Lovie, and she was a pure joy. She helped with the finalization of all of the paperwork and setting up auto payments twice a month. She had a really fine attention to detail and went over the information at least three times for accuracy. We really appreciated her effort and care in what she was doing. All staff had smiles on their faces and I even noticed some of the back office staff coming up to assist the tellers when it picked up a little bit. There is gender neutral bathrooms in the back. Plenty of parking right in front of the establishment.

We had a living trust account established with the Navy Federal in Rancho Bernardo and Sabrina helped us and everything was processed smoothly. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
