Currently, I'm paying $44.09 for my gym membership, but the equipment and spa are consistently down for repairs, which takes several months to fix. Therefore, I'll be searching for a new gym.

Horrible location!First of all, the crowd here are just a bunch of show offs. They think they’re celebrities because they get 10 likes on Instagram…Second, place is dirty and has the most unprofessional staff ever!They’re rude, unwelcoming, and don’t do anything at all. Clock in, clock out.And lastly, I cancelled my membership a while ago because this place is terrible and they continued charging me anyway. I stopped by multiple times and they keep saying “Oh the manager is not here” or “The manager will get back to you”So after being charged a total of 5 months!!! I was fed up waiting on them and contacted their main customer service team which they only refunded me 3 months because there is a “limit”. Mind you I had proof of my membership being cancelled 5 months ago.Do yourself a favor and stay away until they get it together and fix their attitude.

First time working out at this location, the equipment is all loose on more then one machines.Asked the staff if they are going to fix the equipment, they said yeah, and got back to their instagram account.So I doubt it’s going to get fixed.They didn’t even ask what equipment was busted.

This has to be one of the dirtiest gyms I’ve been to in a while. The Sauna had a bug crawling in it back and fourth, after the sauna I typically go stretch, and the mirrors haven’t been cleaned in a while. Hand prints all of the place. The whole gyms stinks. ?

This 24hr Navajo location is just awful. If I could give it a negative rating I would simply for the mens locker room. It is a health hazard and I and many other members are talking about reporting the unsanitary conditions to the City of La Mesa. Sewage backs up and floods the restroom area of the locker room. Mold in the showers, urinals are stopped up and toilets are clogged and filthy. Add in the dirty and broken equipment and you start to ask yourself why even go there. I feel bad for the fella working there in the AM as he has his hands full and it's obvious he's not getting the support from management. On top of all this the fees just went up.

Just moved to San Diego trying to find a nice 24 hour gym. Their website had a 3 day pass I signed up, came in the next day. Guy at Front desk said we don’t do the 3 day pass anymore (which they do according to their web) and he could let me in if I pay him $25. Walked out. Misleading and deceitful.

Sorry guys changed my stars to 3 simply because it takes a long time to repair equipment. For example the third AMT machine is still not repaired after at least 4 months of being broken. It’s interesting you like my payment on time but you can’t get a machine fixed in a timely fashion. I see a lot of hanging around but not a lot of work being done. Other than that I enjoy this gym.Simply get it fixed!

Staff is unwelcoming and you have so many people who are working out with phone stands, recording themselves, it’s intimidating because I’m sometimes right behind them. Manager also comes off as rude. They have good equipment but just employees and management are not the nicest unfortunately, this place will be 100% better if it was a friendlier environment.

I used to go here last year, the equipment was good and I liked going at 3am when there'd be almost nobody in here. I just came back because I wanted to finally renew my membership so I came to the front desk and asked for help with pricing and if there were any deals, etc.. I got the information I needed and decided I would go through with the membership, but the person helping me started talking to someone else in the middle of our conversation and just walked away without saying anything. I was ready to sign up but he walked away and the other employees were busy talking just hanging out and not helping me. Then someone asked me how I was doing and then as I started replying and was going to ask to go through with a membership he immediately started a casual conversation with someone else totally ignoring me. What kind of service is this I get that you can chill at some jobs but damn at least try and help someone out and at least see it through all the way instead of walking away mid convo. Seems like needs better management, now I'm iffy about spending my money here with these guys. I understand its a gym but at least look like your proud to work there and make people feel invited in rather than ignore them. Terrible customer service, reading some other reviews seems like this is a reoccurring theme with the current staff.

I come to this gym for a secondary workout/to supplement my home gym. Since I have a rack at home, my main interest are in the cardio, pulley and resistance machines.It has been a few months since I have last gone to this gym, but just recently coming back and trying to bring a buddy into the scene, a lot of the equipment is broken and appears to have been out of commission for some time. Even for the stairmasters, I see numerous people coming over waiting around or hoping someone will jump off given there are only (4) out of the usual (~10) they had.Also, since when does 24hr not offer a free temp pass for new members? I mentioned that my buddy should get one and tag along with me to get back into the scene, but the staff said that 24hr no longer offers that. Yet you can easily find that they still do by just quickly searching for the 24hr website.Whatever, quotas need to be met, blah blah blah. In short, this gym did a 180 and is just another 24hr that is slowly getting trashed. Thank god I have majority of what I need at home. Will just have to power through the extras if I choose to come here.

There is no management of this gym. As others have stated, it’s dirty and equipment is broken for many weeks at a time. But my pet peeve is people sitting on equipment, doing nothing, scrolling their phones. And people Zooming, FaceTiming, and talking on their phones (sometimes on speaker phone) for full conversations or business meetings. Go outside!! Nobody wants to hear you. I complained once to the front desk and she was totally dismissive. There is ZERO gym etiquette at this place.
