Excellent service. We've been using NTV Acct since 2019; worked with Vincent, Miguel, & Andrea. All very informative, responsive, and eager to look for maximum money back for us. Every email/inquiry answered within mins to a few hours which I think is unheard-of.

Extremely poor communication. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of your “rep” from this firm. I also didn’t get a link to my zoom meeting and told my contact and they stopped replying. Would not recommend this firm.
