I had an issue with my CA taxes and sought professional help at O'Connor's. I called and was connected with Steve. He understood my issue immediately. He explained that for my particular situation, he would have to do a lot of billable, but redundant work in order to file my taxes. Since he thought it wasn't very difficult, he told me how I could resolve the issue myself. We talked for about twenty minutes and he didn't charge me a dime.While I can't comment on the quality of their service (since I didn't pay for it!), I had to leave a review to commend O'Connor's and Steve for being downright decent people. If I still have trouble filing, I know where I will go.

Doug Barker and Steve Arsulich the managing partners know taxes! I have referred them numerous clients over the years from simple tax returns to somewhat complicated issues including capital gains tax, probate and trust administration issues.

I've had the pleasure of working with this amazing team the last 2 years! Highly recommend them for multiple reasons!! Everyone I've interacted with (Steve, Peggy, Lisa) is nice, dedicated to helping, and very communicative. They keep me updated on where we're at, what we need to do, and how long things will take. This friendly type of communication is hugely helpful! They have also worked quickly and efficiently to get my taxes submitted so a refund comes sooner. I've been able to work with them digitally so no on-site visit was necessary. Saves me the time of driving over and sitting through an appointment. I run a small business and have a good amount of quirky tax tasks that need to be done. They've always made it easy to navigate through the process and had patience while doing so. Absolutely recommend for whatever tax situation you find yourself in!

Steve Arsulich @ O'Connor's Tax Service is the most knowledgeable and helpful individual I have ever met. I brought him a nightmare of a few years taxes where I had bought a house, had investments, sold a house and a few other issues. I think any other tax professional would have either said no or scolded me for the mess I had. Steve was very kind and professional and he took his time with me and assured me that he could straighten my whole mess out and get me up to date. They are not only the best at what they do, but they are also just very wonderful human beings. Bless them all. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best, your search for the right firm is over when you go to O'Connor's.

Steve and his crew work diligently to cover every aspect of my tax review and preparation. He also feels it is important to educate his customers along the way and keep us up to date on changes to the tax code. He even found mistakes in previous returns and was able to get us a nice refund. I would highly recommend Steve and his team!

Steve Arsulich is a great tax preparer and an even better person. My wife and I have always used Turbo Tax because we have very simple W2's. We though we were getting the most return possible but Steve was able to shed some light that we were shorting ourselves each year. We received a very large return this year and it is all thanks to Steve. He also will be taking care of one of my best friends for the 3rd year. His taxes are extremely complicated but no problem for Steve. I highly recommend Steve and O'Connor's Tax Services!
