The buying experience was above average. A chair that 2 people should have delivered, but only 1 person actually delivered, has my chair scuffed up in multiple places. Honestly, I was shocked to see only one delivery person. I stepped in to help to get the chair into the room that it was to go in to limit any further damage. It's a beautiful chair, but I'm disappointed.C.Smiith

I recently purchased a Steelcase Gesture chair and I'm thoroughly impressed! The chair itself is incredibly comfortable and offers great adjustability.But what truly elevated my experience was the exceptional customer service. Nick was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect chair for my needs. They never rushed me and made sure I was completely satisfied before making a decision.

Office Furniture Outlet exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They have a wide selection of high-quality furniture, and an exceptional customer service. Cal and Chris help me find a chair for my home. These guys were so patient responding to all my questions. I had a great time shopping here talking about Football and computers.
