“Was told I had to wait 15 minutes to pull in because there was a car in the bay. I said no problem, and then 40 minutes later they got me in. Once they go me in it was quick and easy. They were polite and helpful. Explained a few things to me. Found a light that was out, and recommend a clean out service for me that will be good for my vehicle ? I will go back. I did go back, and this time it was very quick and easy. The service team members are very polite and helpful. The service was thorough, and qick. However, they were so professional and they were reasonable. The estimate they gave me I felt like was a reasonable amount I just wanted to get myself into a new car. “They replaced spark plugs within an hour! My dealership took two days to get me a quote and told me what the problem was, it was expensive and wasted time.

“Got my vehicle pre inspection here and I will say it was a bit expensive, but everything was broken down in an efficient way. Customer service was great, and they even gave me a digital link with videos about all of the maintenance so I know what to look for in the future. Overall great experience: 10/10
PS: the inspection took about 4 hours so be prepared to wait!”

Years ago, my car wouldn’t start, so I stopped by on a whim. They took a quick look, spent about ten minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem and charged me $0.
Most recently, we brought our car in for regular service. We forgot to mention that we planned to get the tires charged right afterward, yet they still knew—just by looking at the wear—that rotating the tires wouldn’t be the right call.
I trust them completely. I won’t take my car anywhere else. (My husband tried a different shop once and quickly regretted it, because that shop charged more and didn't fix our car's issues at all!)
They are truly a breath of fresh air in San Diego, where so many businesses seem more interested in taking your money than providing real service. This shop is the rare exception in town: honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.

“They have integrity and I will trust them for future work on my vehicle. I took the car in for an inspection on the fuel system lines expecting to pay $150 diagnostic fee as quoted by them. I dropped it off and left it there overnight and called in the next day. They said they couldn't find any problems and told me to come pick it up.
I show up and pull out my credit card expecting to pay for the inspection and they tell me that because they didn't really need to take any time on it that it wouldn't cost me anything. Most shops would have happily charged me the $150 for the inspection without telling me that they really didn't spend any time on the inspection.
Thanks so much for the honesty and I will definitely be coming back here in the future when there is an actual problem that I have with my car.”

“The manager, Thomas, was courteous and explained what was going on and gave us the pricing on air filters, etc., and included the discount coupon we brought in. He did a check list with his employee and we were confident everything was done correctly. It was nice to stay in the car and service was fast and convenient. Only other comment is that we have 6,000 mile intervals for oil changes and the sticker shows come in after 3,000. Thank you, Thomas, and Valvoline!”
