I’ve used ups, t force, abf, xpo. None of them were as good as my last experience with old dominion. I had a guy named Dee go the extra mile. Put my huge shipment up a hill in the perfect spot. Had nicer equipment than most to move my boxs. Dee you’re the man and an asset to the company

These guys are horrible. One of our vendors use them exclusively and every delivery comes with some type of damage to the crate, box or packaging. Even tracking a delivery today was like pulling teeth, supposed to arrive before 2pm, its now 5pm and still nothing. Per customer service they said 20 mins you close at 5:30 right. Really......and this is pretty much every shipment.

Someone in my complex used them for a move , the driver blocked me in my garage and left ! Yep you heard me took the cab off the truck and LEFT so I'm trapped in my home till the driver decides to come remove his truck , thia is very inconsiderate of my neighbor, the driver and the company

Had critical shipment that arrived late. Talked to Joaquin and made arrangements for the shipment to be unloaded so our customer in San Diego could pick up the critical order. Customer service was very fast and helpful. Unusual for the freight industry. Thank you!

This has to be the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in a very long time. I set up a delivery with a 9-2 delivery window which they missed. I called at 2pm and was told "the driver said he will be there in 40 min." well at 3:15 I called back and was told "the driver said he will be there in 40 min". I told them we closed at 3pm and how was I to justify overtime for myself and my maintenance for something that was suppose to be here by 2pm. They said "sorry". This is the second delivery that they have had to our company and the first one was just as bad. They dropped the 400 lb pallet outside my office and said "sign here" and left. I will not order any other products that use this company. How can you set up a deliver almost a week in advance and they still can't get it right.

We ordered two pallets of blankets for an event on the 7th but they didn't get shipped on time and weren't scheduled to arrive until the 9th, way too late to do us any good! I called up customer service and ended up getting a manager (Jose) who worked with us, came in on his day off, and unloaded a truck and loaded my minivan himself just in time. We had ordered blankets for the homeless shelter. They needed them. I can't thank this company enough for helping us out.

Old Dominion saved my bacon in an emergency yesterday and today. Long story short: our supplier took too long, and customer needed product immediately. I had to extract several cases from our pallet and personally take them to our customer right away, but I didn't have enough room in my station wagon to take the whole pallet. Jose R. and his team permitted me to sign for what I needed right then, and shipped the rest of the pallet as originally requested. The young lady in the office, and the hard-working gentlemen in the loading dock, and everyone on Jose's team were very accommodating and helpful. On my way out, I read on the back of one guy's shirt: "Helping the World Keep Promises." and that's exactly what they did. I was able to get the product to our customer in time and avoid catastrophe. If I were an orangutan, I'd use my feet to give OD FOUR enthusiastic thumbs way up.
