The building has a great lobby and clean environment. Sidewalks were crowded but the area was safe. Inside there is a Starbucks and lots eateries, and Giovannis with food that is out of this world, maybe a bit too much oil. The office space is impressive with flawless wifi quiet rooms and plenty of underground parking, but you be paying for it. A trolley station is attached and you use it instead of paying the eye watering parking fee. The space is great for a business meeting.
Iconic building in San Diego, beautiful lobby with a huge water wall. Just recently updated the lobby furniture, very nice.

Parked here for an event through spot hero and it was super affordable for 24 hour parking. It was a cool, garage structure with electric car charging. Highly recommend

My company has an office here. Impressive building with a Starbucks inside which is handy. It’s also attached to a trolley station, which I use instead of paying the eye watering parking fee.
