OnTrac has proven to be a reliable delivery service over the past couple of years, comparable to major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. While in-person assistance is helpful, contacting them through text or email can be challenging. Although there was an incident of a stolen package, OnTrac successfully delivered replacements on time. Overall, customers have expressed satisfaction with their services and appreciate the support received during issues.
Literally the worst company ever. Horrible/ Lazy delivery drivers. Even WORSE customer service. Expect to completely get bent over side ways for you to be able to receive a package

Repeated delivery failures. You give them instructions but they don’t read it. Why anyone uses this company still is beyond me. Go elsewhere or have your items be delivered to a pick up location. Otherwise it is a waste of time and money.
