Showed up and sat in like for 10-15 minute without even being acknowledged. Two customers in the store and two employees. Both walked past me as if I was invisible. I would rather take my money elsewhere if you don’t have the time to acknowledge your next paying customer so I walked out and left.

I drive a Pre 1976, smog exempt American vehicle. I go in and tell the clerk the Year, Make, Model and Size of Engine. Then I tell him the Part which I want. He looks at his computer and tried to playfully ARGUE that my engine has an equivalent size in METRIC and asks me what it is.Management: Don't argue with customers who drive American vehicles from the 60's and 70's. THOSE engines are referred to by CUBIC INCH DISPLACEMENT (CID). You all should know that.Train your younger employees to know the popular engine sizes and stop referring to our 50 year old Classics as 5.2, 5.8, 7 Liter, etc.... I will PUPOSELY go to the stores that employ older people who REMEMBER these Classics so I don't have to deal with these Newbies.

Had an unpleasant experience for the 2nd time I had came here to recycle oil. 1st time I had showed up, I was informed that the oil tank was full. This time (Sunday 08/06) around 10:20am, the same guy told me that the oil tank was full again as I walked into the store with my oil pan while his female co-worker asked him, "It is?". He than turned around to face her and I assumed he mouthed/whispered something to her. Just do your job man and stop lying to customers who want to recycle oil to help the environment. Ended up going to AutoZone instead and dumped it. Didn't get his name but it was a slightly taller Hispanic gentlemen.

Great and friendly service and staff! I came to the store looking for an oil filter wrench for my 2013 Toyota Corolla. I know these parts have to be specific and spot-on in terms of measurement and it can be frustrating finding the right part the first time. Isela, forgive me if I'm butchering your name, was really helpful in assisting me with not only finding the right size wrench, but the best filter that would work best for my car. To be certain, she and another associate retrieved the part that this wrench would be used for to make sure the size was accurate. They went above and beyond to help me, a novice when it comes to automotive repair, pick the right parts for the job. Thank you! -George

Bought a battery from them on June 3. Had to take car to our usual car-repair place on June 20 for a new alternator. The mechanic had it for several days and the brand-new battery wouldn't hold a charge; it was also leaking acid and the manager said one cell was dead. He installed a new, good battery - for $50 less, by the way, than what O'Reilly charged for their crap battery. O'Reilly's is refusing to refund the 3-week-old malfunctioning battery. They're blaming the alternator for the battery's failure, which our (very experienced, very honest) mechanic says is utter nonsense. The young lady behind the counter didn't even want to look us in the eye while she spouted the corporate song-and-dance. In the future, we won't buy so much as a pine-tree air freshener at O'Reilly's . This is a rip-off store and they've lost two customers for good. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Maria the assitant manager was a positive and nice professional person to work with, observing how she works with customers and peers she deserves a 5 star. However O'Reilly's is a price gouging company. I was able to order the same part online, unfortunately I needed 2 brake rotors and only one arrived via Amazon for $63.77 including tax. Today, I paid $151.92 including tax at O'Reilly's. Yes I agreed to pay this amount and no one was holding a gun to my head. So I would give a one star for the price and five start to the assistant manager. In addition, this store's machine was not capable to turn my rotors due to their size.

Popped in to get a bolt for my brake caliper bracket at 8:00 on a Saturday night. Phil at the Allied Gardens location looks up the part and refers me to the Lake Murray Blvd. location 5 miles away. A very helpful coworker gets me taken care of and I was home before 9:00 bolting the brakes back together. So stoked!
