I am very fortunate to have gone to this the second of two O'Reilly shops.
At the second one, we were helped by Victor and Angelo I'm not sure about the second name. But they were both so helpful and so knowledgeable and really the only people who had an answer regarding my horn not working. Because Victor was so helpful to us I did not have to take my car to the dealer where they would have told me it was the worst thing possible to fix my horn! I am so grateful to those two young men. My stress level was lowered after Victor & Angelo saved the day. Next time I need an auto parts store I may just come down from Carlsbad and go to the one where Victor and Angela work cuz it's the best.

Came in needing towels that would do the right job in cleaning windows (glass and not plastic or metal). Service rep. recommended wipes that look like paper towels. They did the best job I could ask for. My windows have never been cleaner. I would have likely picked regular fabric towels and not sheet towels which would have been the wrong choice leaving marks.
Thank you for recommending the right product. Professional service. Definitely recommend.

Service is very bad. Your outdoor opening time Monday-Sunday 7:30am-9:00pm.
Now Monday 6/24 at 9:08am you’re it opening.

The guys who work here are super nice and really go above and beyond to help. I’ve never been to such a caring and helpful automotive shop. Quality people here willing to help in any way they can. They also give excellent car advice. Highly recommend!

For the do it yourself person, this place is great. Tons of stock and (in the morning or early afternoon) there is very knowledgeable staff there.

So incredibly helpful and kind. They made sure I got the correct windshield wipers (I had abysmal luck ordering online,) including measuring it and even helping me get them installed with the correct clips. Everyone was polite, greeted everyone as they came in, held the door open, and just going above and beyond for every customer. You could also tell the employees were respectful and friendly with each other, which makes the store overall feel more welcoming. This has now become my go to auto shop.

Can you do this battery install for this call? Cause my car is dying.Yes.Get there, doesn't know where the battery is and after finding the battery is easy to get to says nope.
