I had an amazing experience at this Pandora location. Julien who assisted me was incredibly kind, patient and very attentive to what I needed. He took his time explaining options, helped me choose the perfect piece and made the whole visit feel special. It's rare to receive this level of customer service nowadays and I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend!

Terrible workers, terrrible management!!!!
I purchased bracelet with a warranty, for which I paid extra. However, they said they cannot exchange it because it is not available in the store! There is stock in another store, but they want me to drive there myself! When I asked if they could order it to this store, they said no! Why do I have to go to another store? I bought it here and paid for the warranty! They also refuse to exchange it for another product! Then what did I pay for the warranty for? If the item is not available and you cannot bring it here, what is the point of the warranty??? I will never, ever shop from this brand again.

No one welcomed me and I walked out. Have been in their multiple times and has happened every-time. My daughter adores pandora, but this will be my last time at the La Jolla UTC location. Time to start retraining the girls.

This location has left me with enthusiasm to go back. Their employees were nice, especially Juana who took care of me and my partner. Everything went smoothly with her, she was so patient and respectful. Loved the care.

If I could give zero I would have. Terrible service, there were no other customers in the store and yet the manager was unwilling to talk and answer questions. She was so rude and it felt like she didn’t want us to come in. She wasn’t helpful, it was a terrible experience.

Store is too busy. Too busy to pay attention to every customer. Was waiting in line for ~12 minutes than the associate said: “someone will show up soon, I’m not alone here”After 5 more minutes of waiting I gone for another store was hoping try again later.The second attempt was horrible as well. The salesperson said like: “I'll finish with the other customers and then get back to you.”The same situation happened again!!! I said that I just need to know if they have one ring in stock (size) to which she said something like “yes, probably here…” and left to other customers. They need to hire more employees for the holiday season or learn to listen to the people. It's not just about the cost of the purchase, (check for business) it's about that people can't waste 30 minutes of their time for one ring for $70 and end up leaving with nothing...

I went there today because I wanted to buy a couple things, I waited to be helped and I saw everyone else around me and my family was being helped, except us. I approached one of the ladies there and asked if she could help us and she told me to wait (I had been waiting for a while now) new customers where coming in and she was greeting them and helping them out while she had told me to wait. I felt very discriminated. I actually was going to buy something while a few other customers where just looking. I never write reviews, but I was very dissapointed with the service today! Specially from the older lady with glasses.

Was given the best service by an employee named Lu! It was my first time shopping at Pandora so I was quite worried about what would be the best gift fit for my friend but Lu was an absolute sweetheart! She did so well promoting and showing the items to me and helped me through the whole process efficiently, such a great employee!
