It took 8 months to get back the withholding amount from this management. Even after 8 months amount is deducted and not shared exact reason for deduction.

I had a long standing problem with a tenant. Vern at Pathmark Properties backed me all the way. The problem wound up in court but Vern was right with me throughout the ordeal by appearing at the trials to resolve the matter. With his help, I prevailed.
