Check in and check our was super easy. I liked that the car return was not at the actual airport. That was a big plus. The staff were very friendly. I will definitely recommend them

If you book economy, you will show up and they will say they are out of that category, then slyly up-charge you for the next category. If you don't want to pay, they will gleefully cancel your reservation and pretend it was your idea. Don't bother.
