Payless is THE BEST and was a lifesaver for me! Carmen and Betty were so helpful, professional and fun to deal with and I am extremely grateful to have found them. With one phone call they answered all my questions, had solutions for me on the spot and I couldn’t have gotten my car back from the impound lot without them. They had all paperwork etc. ready to go when I walked through their door and made getting my car registered and insured a breeze. They made what had been a very difficult situation for me to deal with on my own an easy fix. Will never go to the DMV again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

CARMEN IS A MIRACLE! I needed to register a used car and get clear title, but the seller only had a title with several previous buyer names on it, so DMV required that I get signatures from EACH before I could do so. No way could I do this! So I read about Carmen on FB and tried her out. Within 30 min I was handed the new registration, and within 2 weeks I received the clear title! Don't know how she did it, and don't care. Her fee was modest. Highly recommended!!

Decided to try out a registration service instead of the dreadful DMV. My renewal required a smog check and the DMV online & the telephone system is pointless... I went into Payless Registration, paid a very small fee and was out with my registration in-hand in less than 5 minutes. Not sure why I've never utilized these services before.. but from now on- anything DMV you can bet I'll be calling Payless first. Thank you for the great customer service & FAST service.

Came in to register from out of state. They made it so easy and fast. Carmen even found some errors in my paperwork and ended up saving me some money. Never took longer than 10 mins and my plates and registration are done. Way better than the DMV. Highly recommend.

No wait time at all, they were able to renew my registration in under 10 minutes. They are friendly and there are many representatives that are ready to help you so you're not waiting forever. They also do free insurance quotes if you need one, be sure to ask! This place continues to beat the DMV in every way possible.
